Waiting 30 minutes seating in the lobby and no one ask how can we help you. The bank is not busy at all. I just can into get a letter notified. Even though i had to ask i needed assistance I was told appointments only but it took 30 minutes to get that information after being passed up several times. Customer service is nonexistent when it come to helping customers to the right services.

Normally the best, but today my experience with a passive aggressive low key disrespectful, and arrogant rep. at 11:30 am was annoying! When I’m trying to verify what he is doing with my card, although I wasn’t in for anything pertaining to my existing account… and further I was denied the ability to be added to my fathers account, although I have four accounts already at this bank.If it was not for my previous experiences with long-standing employees that I always have no problem with, I would move my whole account all four of them to chase bank to join my other account at Chase Bank. Someone needs to check Mr. know it all and teach him how to be a professional in customer service at Wells Fargo

Very professional and friendly staff. Was able to get a bank account knowing I had bad banking history, they were able to get me one anyway. Explaining how it works and that there not that much of a difference than a regular bank and the best part... ITS NOT A PREPAID ACCOUNT. My sister was a previous customer here and she recommended this place to me. Thank you guys for helping me get a bank acct rolling

Needed some info from my local branch. Called about 6 times over the course of an hour but the phone just kept on ringing and ringing. No one ever answered. Time to find a new bank I guess.

Poor customer service. 2:30 appointment, arrive 15 minutes early, and by 235 I'm told the banker is still on lunch. Apparently business accounts are not important to them. Oh well.

When you deliberately tell the employee what options you want and they blatantly mess it up and you have to fix it by paying out of pocket.. you write a bad review.
