Asked the teller to “deposit AS CASH” so my funds could be readily available being my paycheck is a business check drawn off Wells Fargo. They deposited it as a check the complete OPPOSITE of what I asked for and now my money won’t be available to me until Tuesday. It’s Saturday. Called the branch twice to correct the mistake and they’re branch line forwards you to customer service EVEN THOUGH THEYRE OPEN. Customer service tells me I have to go back to the branch I deposited while I’m on my way to work. I have a 0 balance and they won’t correct this without me having to physically drive 40 minutes BACK TO THE BRANCH to correct their mistake. Absolute terrible service experienced today.

This location has very poor service. Their mortgage department has set up fraudulent account changing 1 letter in my last name but using all of my other personal information. When I received a monthly statement it showed i had a negative balance. I noticed my last name was misspelled and that through a red flag. When I went into the location the lady was very kind she refunded my charge for not having funds in the account and then kindly closed and apologized for the fraudulent account being set up. Today my husband who is on my my mortgage went in for our taxes to be faxed ( this is the exact same thing we've done for the last five years) the man refused to help him. He had to come and get my ID and drive all the way back (1 hr round trip) to find out that all he needed was his ID.

Love the people at the branch however it's a horrible run company that never seems to want to help you, kept thousands with them yet I had to jump threw hoops for the smallest things and even the bankers at the branch didn't see why they did it to us

They are great in here. Warm and welcoming and help you with anything you need. A staff member sat down at a table with me and helped me roll my large bag of change in rolls out of the kindness of her heart.

It only took 50 minutes to cash a business check drawn on this bank even after providing the proper IDs being finger printed and 15 cameras they make you feel like a criminal
