Wells Fargo Bank Granite Dr, Rocklin

I was the ONLY customer in the branch and the 3 employees in there refused to answer simple questions about my account. This,and the poor attitude of the woman with the desk with the oxygen are what led to me closing my account over the phone as soon as i walked out. Good riddance!

I would highly recommend this branch to not only our customers, but also to my friends and family! Use to like this branch until I discovered the manager was a liar. Tried to cash a Wells Fargo check but they refused to do it because one of my accounts was negative. Went to another branch and they had no problem. There are no standing policies to refuse cashing checks due to an account balance. The manager was just trying to be difficult. Go to the branch across the street from the Galleria Mall. Awesome service. This branch sucks.

Branch is closed!!! What’s the reason? Only makes the lines longer at the other branches because even in the morning there’s two tellers working!?!

I also own a business in the immediate vicinity of this branch. I appreciate the people that work here because they always go out of their way to help me I am in their branch 2 to 3 times a week at least they always go out of their way to help customers are very courteous and the facilities are always neat and clean I could not recommend this branch any higher if there was 10 stars I would give them 10 never a line I’m usually in and out of there Within just a couple minutes

I own a small business my self I understand what it means to be respectful and take care of my customers, but at this location the branch manager is just awful....every other person inside the branch is super nice and friendly except the fake branch manager....I used to go to that bank at least few times a day...now I have to travel to Roseville from Rocklin just to avoid going to this bank....I have a platinum business account and she every single times want to charge me extra for the cashiers check fees, and she is the only person inside that branch that does this to us. and she likes to make a scene in front of every other customer and gets loud ...GOSH I DONT KNOW WHY SUCH A BIG COMPANY WOULD HIRE A PERSON LIKE THIS???? I REALLY NEED ANSWERS ….I will NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BRANCH ANY MORE.....

Katie was so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this location for outstanding customer service and great atmosphere.

I rally enjoy this bank, everyone is very nice, helpful, resourceful, and always lets you know about ways to better your account.
