18 year customer. Finally have no choice but to dump the worst bank in the world. They do nothing for you. Nothing. They are basically an online bank. Find a different one that actually has client benefits.

Let me just tell you how rude the branch manager at this location is. 17th and broadway in Denver, CO. My husband and I recently got married, so we closed our individual accounts and opened a new checking account with Wellsfargo. I work at a bank myself and have never been a fan of Wells and this experience Solidifies why I dislike huge banks to begin with. We went into the bank to deposit a cashiers check and was told there would be a hold placed. I understand why there was a hold placed, as we are new customers and the amount requires a hold. However it was most of our money that would be unavailable for over a week. When we asked if they could call our other bank to verify the check they said no. The branch manager at this location is so rude That it is taking everything in me to not cuss during this review and go back and close our account. Then we had to waste more of our time to go back to our Original bank to then cash the cashiers check, then go back to Wellsfargo to deposit the cash. Wow Wellsfargo you are really living up to your reputation as a horrible bank, and have zero concerns for your customers and do not try to help them out. Instead of working with us you Worked against us. Completely unacceptable behavior. This branch manager needs a lesson on customer service and not treating people like they are completely worthless.

The absolute worst banking experience ever. Wells Fargo shows a lack of concern about their customers from the tellers To the bank manager but most especially the hours. If you close at 5 o'clock downtown when most people get off at 5 you are doing at this Justice to your customers. I have literally been there at 4:45 and have them locked the doors in my face.

They “lost” $8,000 and don’t want to help me get it back. The employee that responds to these complaints will comment that someone is “reaching out” but that person will not answer their phone or email or voicemail. They pretend they want to help you but actually they couldn’t care less.

Wells Fargo is a scam. Run away. They cancelled my account mysteriously, did not inform me. Went to check my direct deposit today...and there was no account. Then, they want me to pay a fee to open a new account...WITH THE SAME CREDIT CARD THEY CANCELED!!!!! That folks, is a scam. And btw, everyone you talk to is a call center. THEY ARE 16 year olds reading a script. You ask for a manager they put you on with a "Call Escalation Specialist." Continue to ask for a real manager and they send you to the complaint call center. They are there to deflect, not actually solve problems. 3 different call centers, no managers, no solutions, all scripts. Bad company on par with Halliburton. Corporate sociopathy. It's a scam, run away. Also 1st bank in Colorado is incredible. They had me up with a free new account in minutes, and the girl who helped me was giggling and wonderful.

I'm proud to no longer be a Wells Fargo customer. They never missed a chance to charge me a fee and they held checks for days instead of cashing them immediately. I always had to wait in line for a teller. When I went to close my accounts (account holder for over 10 years), the banker didn't really care much, and he refused to call credit card services on my behalf so that I could close all of my accounts at once. I had to wait in the lobby for the banker, and then I was expected to make a separate call to finish doing business with Wells Fargo. They got one extra star because I reamed them on a customer service survey and a VP called me to inquire. I guess it shows that they care a little, but the constant abuse from this bank brings light to just how much I love my credit union.

Shockingly bad. I have kept significant combined balance for 5 years and they kept me waiting 20min (then I had to go), failed to honor an appt scheduled in advance for the next day, and then sat me with a banker who started out acting put-out that I was frustrated. I promptly withdrew six figures and am shopping for another bank. After I get the new account opened and tied to bills, direct deposit etc., I look forward to telling them they lost me because they couldn't fix a $2.50 error without wasting hours of my time. How do they keep customers?

This is definitely the best customer service I have received from any Wells Fargo. Nathan went beyond expectations to help me with my accounts and close the ones I didn't need. He even called the next day to let me know I did not have any fees and asked if I had any concerns. Nathan is an example of honesty and what work ethic should be.

I had/have an auto loan through them. Tried to pay it off, after a week they said they never got the check and advised I cancel it. I did, and a day later they 'found' it and tried to cash it, then proceeded to try to charge me for the canceled check. Not playing around, I then overnighted a bank check which required a signature. The post office said it was received and signed for. We are now going on week three getting the run around on the phone every day because they claim they can't find it and are looking for it.

Absolute waste of time trying to open the everyday checking account with the bonus offer of $400. Website says $4000 of qualified direct deposits within 90 days to receive the offer... Turns out $4000 PER MONTH. If your not going to stand by your word why mislead potential customers by saying use this bonus offer code but in reality its false advertising. How dare you mislead people the way your organization does !!!!
