    have banked there since 1978, but also do banking with a lot of other banks. Overall Wells Fargo has been the most consistent, and this specific branch is most reliable in terms of lobby open and being able to follow through with problems that arise. Over the years ups and downs in terms of service, but overall this has offered as good service as the various other big banks I have used. I have both personal and commercial accounts.

    Avoid wells Fargo at all costs. I've had yall since 2017, I've always heard about them being crooks and i never believed it until now. They try so hard to screw you with all kinds of fees especially overdraft fees. I looked at my account yesterday and it was in positive so i didn't think to go to the bank. I wake up this morning and i have an overdraft fee! For something i already had placed in my account to pay for. Go to any other bank. It might seem good at first but then they'll get you!!

    Wells Fargo customer since 1998. Had a horrible experience at the Gaston branch trying to open two business accounts with an inept banker. Avoid this location if you need to do more than simple day to day banking. I wasted over 3 hours here and left frustrated. I was planning to close my account but decided to try my luck at another branch. Thankfully, a Premier Banker at Mockingbird and Preston office solved my needs in 1 hour quickly and painlessly. A little training, communication and attention to detail go a long way.

    Absolutely love this bank. The tellers are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. They always ask if there is anything else that they can do for you and thanking you for coming. My favorite Wells Fargo Bank of any I've been to.

    My apologies for inconveniencing your teller with our excess coin and interrupting the gabfest! The company I work with had a "drop-your-change" campaign for local charity. Even after exchanging all the change into bills, I still had some excess change. I needed to deposit the donations to write the charity a check. I made out a deposit receipt, separated the bills, and separated and counted all the coins. I then put all the coins in separate envelopes with a total. In short, I organized the deposit ahead of time to make it quicker and easier for everyone. When I went to the bank, the teller took one look at the coin envelopes, opened a few and then just pushed it all back to me. He (Rudy?) said, "I can't accept this deposit like that. You have to wrap the coins." So, he gave me some wrappers and sent me away to wrap the coins. Afterall, I'm sure my time is not valuable and his conversation with the other two tellers was much more important. I went to the middle kiosk and started counting out the coins. All the while, in between their laughs and giggles, the tellers would glance at me counting away struggling to get the coins aligned in the wrapper. If Rudy had bothered to look at the totals on each coin envelope before shoving it back to me, he would have seen that I could only wrap 1 roll of quarters and 1 roll of pennies. The remaining coin was still loose change that could not be rolled. If the lines had been busy or even moderately busy, I would not have written this review. But, there were THREE TELLERS just standing there talking. What does this say for a company that is spending millions of dollars to advertise "We're earning back your trust"? My advice is to start from the ground floor up! This review is 1-Star for Rudy(?) and his unhelpful, haughty attitude; 1-Star for the other two tellers that just looked on like this was normal; and, 1-Star for the branch manager for not knowing what is happening with customers in your lobby. Did I mention this is a commercial account? I would hate to see how they treat the little guys.

    Love coming to this location, I like the bankers, they usually know my name and that is customer service to me, there is other banks that after a couple of months they still don't know about you. Here I feel comfortable to get there and they serve you friendly all the time!!!! location, parking, bankers and Rhett, the banker that usually helps me he is really friendly, always ask about your day, or Remer what we talk a week before, he actually follow up, and that is gold, I wish him the best and hope to continue to get the same customer service. Recommended, stop and open an account at this bank, great options in loans, and many more, services, I'm not a banker, but I know what we regular people needsl from our banks, and here service is a priority!!!! good job Rhett!!!!

    Went there on a Fri.afternoon to open a account.Well needless to say couldn't do that,cause this "bank" had no bankers! Huh! This is a bank right! No bankers to open an account! Imagine that..Great wk.people..
