    It's Friday afternoon! One Teller open. Waited in line outside for 20 mins. Now inside with 10 people ahead of me. I am a merchant. We don't need to do business here! Get with it Wells Fargo! Why do you let this happen?

    Wells Fargo is a part of the fabric of Downtown Los Banos and contributes to wonderful functions that benefit the community. One example is when the police department has an event Wells Fargo is right there Also physically they're right across the street. You can either walk up to the ATM or drive or even enter inside. There's many programs that they have for individuals in their finances. They try hard to make sure that the physical outside is nice and clean since they are a part of downtown.

    Been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years but now I’m looking for other options. Literally EVERY single time I come here there always a line out the door and around the corner. You go inside and there’s only one or two people working meanwhile all the other “bankers” are on there phones. You shouldn’t have to wait one hour almost everytime you come here just to cash a check. Aside from that the do the bare minimum, every other Wells Fargo I go to they can take paper copies of my checks for me, but this one they said they “can’t” because it’s a branch thing and some are allowed and others are not. Like ok how lazy can you be. This Wells Fargo makes all the other ones look bad.

    I just happen to see the review been so bad in Wells Fargo, people needs to realize that we are in digital banking era. We must adopt using online banking. Just look at every other bank and not just Wells Fargo, it is the same. They need to stay in business, they must cut cost period.

    Here we are once again 14 people in line, it’s the end of month and only 2 tellers open REALLY Wells Fargo!!! Update: Things have only gotten worse at this branch! Long lines are ALWAYS the case here with minimal number of employees and those that are present work as if they have no sense of urgency or respect for their customers time! Are they working or shooting the breeze?? who knows But optics is everything!! Previous review: Staff are courteous but they always have ridiculous long lines. Maybe understaffed

    This branch cannot open on time. Posted time states the doors open at 9am. Someone comes out of the door and says they will open in 10 minutes. It's hot out with no shade and there is a long line.

    The day after Columbus 10/12/2021 day expected to have a busy day and they only have 1 teller working with 3 manager sitting around on their thumbs. Not a bad place just needs more people asap.

    The frustration this branch causes me is HIGH. Worse bank I have ever dealt with.

    This is the WORST Wells Fargo I have ever been to. All the tellers are rude and And even the branch manager gave me attitude when I asked for my debit card increase. If I know that I'm going to a different city I will wait to do my banking there - ther only reason I have Wells Fargo is because their open Saturdays and that have a Drive up teller otherwise I would change banks.

    Called the bank to set a appointment to open up a account for my daughter. We arrived at 11:10 am for a 11:15:appointment. The security guard checked and let us know Josefina went on a 15 min and she would be back at 11:30 After sitting outside for a few mins Tyler approached us to help. We ended up leaving because of the type of account I had. 25 mins after our 11:15:appointment Josefina called wondering if we are still coming. Why would you set a appointment then go on break?
