Very disappointed. I had to schedule an appointment to meet a banker inside due to COVID-19, so I did and I got confirmation that the appointment was approved. I went to this location on the scheduled date and was told that my appointment was not in their system, so I showed them my email confirmation and they still told me that I was not scheduled for today despite having email confirmation and I would have to schedule another one. After talking, they agreed that they would take me even if I was "not scheduled" (so ill give a star for that). I dont know whos to blame for the scheduling problem: the branch or the system but either way, Wells Fargo doesnt have good track record. What makes it worse is that I just came to close an account, which should only take 10 mins, but instead took 1 hr and it made me late for work.

Today I had a brief sit down with a banker named Scott who assisted me with getting a temporary card due to the fact that I had to close down my previous debit card. Not only did he assist me promptly but he was so pleasant and welcoming and gave me some tips on how to avoid fraud. I'm actually disappointed that this Wells Fargo is a ways off from my town or else I'd come back. :(

Wells Fargo in general should've been shut down long ago. I've reluctantly used them for a long time and was affected by the scandal they were part of on the documentary "Dirty Money". See for yourself on Netflix. Now, WHEN WE NEED THEM THE MOST they are not ready for the PPP loan the SBA and state approved for small businesses. They " do not know how to answer that. Go on line" was the reply I got from bank today. Nothing personal with the actual employees here. Their CEO and board are selfish, greedy and only care about themselves. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!

Just another customer service failure from Wells Fargo. Apparently this branch has changed its drive-thru hours but failed to update the online info. As of today, hours for drive thru are listed 9-6. I needed to make a withdrawal that exceeded the atm card limit, I have always used this branch in the past because of the extended drive thru hours vs other branches. I googled this branch just to be sure the hours were the same. Yep 6:00. Got here 5:45...closed. Now I’m screwed once again because I relied on the info posted here.

Save yourself from a heart attack. Wells Fargo as a bank in general is very poor. In my opinion this branch is below average in customer service as nobody seems t know the right answers when asked. They are even worse for small business. STAY AWAY.

I always go to this location because of the great customer service. I can say this is my bank just because the way the staff treat me. The branch manager Jose Dejesus is amazing, always helping out, welcoming the customer, and enganging in conversation. I love this branch and the staff.

I want to cash a check greater than $100.00 but need to show identification to get my money. All bank tellers & managers know me at the Woodbridge Branch. Wells Forgo is holding my money hostage. An arbitrary rule which is not customer friendly. It is bank policy but I don't work for the bank. Maybe I should take my money elsewhere.
