    Don’t open an account or do banking with Wells. I closed my account (… or so I thought), took my money out, and thought I was done with them. Well, turns out they held my account open for WEEKS and let auto payments I had for charity donations come through - all while charging me multiple overdraft fees ON AN ACCOUNT I THOUGHT WAS CLOSED! I didn’t even find this out until years later when my spouse went to add me to his account. Doing some digging this is apparently a practice they’ve done to thousands of people - so many people in fact that the New York Times wrote a report about it. So long story short, this bank not only f$&@s you over while you’re banking there but also after you think you close your account. Avoid at all costs!!!

    I had a great experience. It was fast and easy to set up my account. Colleen did a great job explaining everything and even offered services to help with budgeting and credit. I definitely recommend coming here for all your banking needs.

    Very unprofessional! Staffs should be trained on how to go about disclosing one information. I was there with my husband to open a saving account and when I asked the cashier if an accountant was available she answered my question by loudly providing details information on how I already have a saving account and disclosed the amount I had in it. I politely told her that I didn't ask about that, and the saving account she mentioned about was my minor saving account not my account. This has result of a huge financial crisis between my spouse and I right now. I'll personally be going back there when ever possible to speak to their manager n possibly close all my existing accounts with wells Fargo. #nonsense

    Came here to do a international transfer. I did make an appointment and my banker Angela was super friendly and professional. The process was smooth. Will go again if needed.

    I have yet to experience a positive encounter at this location. Never a friendly smile, the drive thru is slow, you can barely hear their voice through the mic (why not fix that?), and the tellers are especially rude when speaking to you. Also, it would be nice if all employees were on the same page with "policy" before they shame and throw shade at their customer. I'll no longer bank with WF.

    They have policies that I do not agree with....when your in a negative balance they are not as friendly and helpful as they appear to be. The way we opened our account was with a large amount of money and then as the money went down we noticed we did not receive the same courtesy. We are moving our account to a credit union. Smaller bank and more personable.

    Worst Banking experience EVER!!! I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone!!! Glad all I have to do is close the account for my lil 87 year old lady and never have to deal with them again. Would definitely not recommend for the elderly. They have no problem preying on this 87 year old lady and using her money.

    They've always taken good care of me whenever I've needed anything. And they are unbelievably diverse and international - I think one of the folks in there told me that staff speaks something like 27 languages!

    Really irritating when you see all the employees inside yet they don’t open the doors til 9:02. When you see a line outside your door, why not open them at 8:58? And since when does a large bank open at 9 anyways?? Should be opening at 7 or 8am!

    We sat in line for over an hour they would not answer the phone, when we got to window they couldn't help us said we had to go inside but had to wait another 10 mins. Bad customer service
