Wells Fargo Bank E Grant Rd, Tucson

I like this branch. It's one of my favorites. Yo gusto esta banco. Nice neighborhood bank.

Went to cash my check, but don't have an account. They the manager behind the counter was very helpful letting me know that I can cash my ID but needed two forms of ID. He was polite about telling me that a debit/credit card could work as a second form of ID

New location at Grant and Alvernon. Parking can be an issue but the great bank staff make up for any inconvenience. Security guard in bank, ATM both outside and inside. Don't think I would go to the ATM at night due to questionable peeps loitering.

Fast service, well trained employees. I've never had a problem with this branch, have been a customer since 2010. My banker is Jennifer, she is polite and has helped me create a financial plan that works specifically for me. 5/5

My dad visited the branch last week and briefly spoke with the mortgage banker. He scheduled another appointment with the mortgage banker (his name is Charlie, I could not remember his last na) on Saturday this week at 10:00 AM so that I could join in. We showed up as promise with more documents for the process, yet he was not there. The staffs were nice to greet us and help us locate where Charlie is. A personal banker called and talked to Charlie, then he told us that Charlie was on his way to Phoenix and would like to reschedule to another appointment. This is so unprofessional on so many level. I'm working in Phoenix and had to made a 2-hour drive back to Tucson to come to the appointment and a reschedule is all I got ?!! I hope this is not the way the branch or Wells Fargo treat their customers. I would surely not come back to this branch again.

I meet with Alexandra to discuss upgrading my accounts and plans for retirement savings. She was kind, courteous, and professional, as was the teller Saul and rest of the staff that I interacted with. Highly recommended!

Wells Fargo bought my bank in 96, so I've been banking with the "same" institution for several decades. A bank is a bank is a bank, especially these days, but I do have to say, WF has kept my loyalty over the years by recognizing my disability back in 2003 and cutting my banking costs to zero and keeping it that way. They're pretty human, in general, and often help bend the rules when appropriate and humane to do so... Like I say, a bank is a bank, which is good, since they're theoretically watched by the govt so they ARE all the same, but this bank seems to have more heart left than most. I like em well enuf to stay, and they treat me well enuf for 5 stars.

It doesn't exist anymore. I tried going there and there's not even a Wells Fargo sign. It's an empty building now. Choose a different location if you need to bank at Wells Fargo.

Brand new branch at 3901 E Grant Rd, next to the Walmart, just opened November 24, 2019. The branches at 3655 E Grant Rd. and 2480 N Swan Rd are now closed.
