Today is Christmas Eve I went to deposit a check. And don't know what's going on and asking question to a manager, In return the manager tell me do I want my check back and get out this this is a really bad customer service I get from this manager. Her name is Patricia Quintero . I hope when I come back to this bank I will not see her again, I've been bank with Wells Fargo over 15 years now .

Extremely low class service, wait times are atrocious, bank tellers are rather rude. Not just to me but towards everyone they speak to. It's better to go to another branch if possible.

This Wells Fargo location tends to get busy. I don't really like how they have their inside set up. There are too many clear walls between you and the tellers. It seems very impersonal and sometimes it's hard to hear the teller. I've been to other branches in San Jose and the tellers are not in glass cages. Being in a branch that doesn't feel the need for such high security makes me feel safer.

During the day, It's difficult to read the screens on the outside ATMs, due to the absence of roller screens

Stopped by to get a cashiers check, staff was friendly and a gentleman was standing in the lobby directing customers which teller to go through. However, I waited in line for about 30 minutes to get my check, and after this time another gentleman came out and thanked us all for waiting, and then explained exactly what was happening (as in - teller stepped away to go to break but this next one is going to be right with you). I felt the first guy should have been doing that as we saw 3 different tellers step away during the time we were waiting and we all wondered what was going on. Very nice people, but only 3 stars for lack of clear communication to all the clients.

Came here to withdraw and the ATM just wouldn’t return my debit card. Chose the option to get a replacement mailed home but decided the next day to call and ask whether or not it was possible to pickup my debit over the weekend if they were able to retrieve it from the ATM but they said the machine automatically shreds it... Then the banker reported my original card number as lost/stolen so now I cant activate the replacement that was sent home.

Definitely one of the worse Wells Fargo’s I have been to. Very unprofessional & on top of it they took out the business line because they said they have been receiving to many complaints I will not being doing business ever again at this Wells Fargo would rather drive the extra 11 mins to go to the one on Tully.

Something that I don't understand is why this wells Fargo on story and king always have only 4 tellers and a line of 20 people at all times you would think that by now management should know and schedule more people or have your greeting people should go back and be tellers I think customers could manage to go to the available windows. I was waitting for 1 hour and the line of customers keep getting bigger. Wow that's why I don't recommend wells Fargo

Takes more than 45 minutes to make any sort of transaction. To Business Service Members be prepared to wait in line for at lest 45 minutes. For Standard Banking 30 minutes. The usually have three people working here and two sad looking ATMs. I personally don’t bank with Wells Fargo, but I do make deposits for work.

I have Wells Fargo account since 1998 and i have never had any reviews, but today i decide to put a review for Wells Fargo Branch at Story Rd and King ,because it brought to my attentions that every single employee from managers to bank tellers they are so nice and very helpful .
