I hope I never have to deal with Wells Fargo again. I had an appointing for 10:00AM and arrived on time. They open at 9:30, and there were no other customers. The banker was finally willing to see me at 10:25. I am pretty sure they were having coffee and visiting while I waited. I needed to handle a fairly large estate account. They explained how it would all work, but then they couldn’t do what they said. Said I had to either withdrawal all my money, or leave it all untouched. They got what they wanted, as I withdrew all my funds and closed all my accounts. BTW, this is a Wells Fargo issue as well as this branch. I had estate account issues in Georgia a few months back after my step mother passed away. It took over 3 hours to open an estate account with my grieving Dad for his wife. After the ethical issues they had, you would think they would be working harder to regain confidence.

Wells Fargo is the best bank. Customer friendly, helpful, great service, and very secure. I give high praise to an excellent business.

I have been at Wells Fargo for almost 7 years and I have never been so disappointed with a bank. This being our new local branch has driven us to take our banking elsewhere. I was waiting in the drive through line for almost 10 minutes with no attention. I even sent the canister into the building to try to get service. Since no one was coming I had to take my two sleeping kids out and into the branch where there was no line and someone could have assisted the drive up lane. While my 2 year old was crying after being woken up I asked to speak to a manager. The service manager was only able to give me an 800 number to call and smelled strongly of smoke. I was unimpressed with his attitude and the fact that he didn’t even apologize over what happened. He just tried to get me out as fast as possible so he didn’t look bad.

Their definition of being a "fully staffed" location differs from most businesses. You should be able to drive 30 minutes to a bank that you have multiple open accounts with and expect them to have the ability to make a modification/addtion to a checking account. Should this option be available online... we would gladly handle it via e-commerce, my preferred method of banking. BUT it is not, therefore we will have to make it a point the next time we are in another city that has a fully operational bank to handle this quite simple task. Don't expect this limited service location to change. That's all they've got. If you bank WF in this area of the state, lower your expectations and 100% you won't be disappointed.

Went in to the bank to do the deposit and get change for my business. The middle aged dark hair woman at the counter is possibly the rudest person I have ever meet. She needs to remember who the customer is and we are not an inconvenience on her day. In fact we pay her salary. Then I asked if it would be possible if they could give me a couple bank bags to make deposits easier and a counterfeit pen, you would think I not only asked for her first born but her kidneys also. After pretending to look around for them she said they did not have any and she would have to talk to her boss. Asked the next day if we could get them and she said no. Apparently this bank is very customer unfriendly.

Not happy this bank isn't open on Saturday. Have to drive 30 minutes to get to Wells Fargo because they don't even have an ATM in Marshfield. Why was there a branch put in such a small town in the first place? Have suggested an ATM or WF branch in Marshfield for 6 years....apparently WF doesn't care. Thinking of closing my accounts.

They simply don't care! I had issues with my account. A company helped themselves to more money then they were supposed to get. The branch couldn't help me. Their phone bank told me they could. They transferred me to the claims department. They couldn't help me. I've wasted hours with them.

Absolutely ridiculous that a bank isn't open at least until 12:00 on a Saturday. Good thing people don't have full time jobs that make it easy to get to your bank and take care of things. I will be closing my account at the first possible chance I get.

After waiting to see about setting up a account they have 1 person who can do it. Was told he is with a customer then he goes to lunch then asked if I could comeback. Ugh really only 1 person for setting up accounts? They must not want new customers?

Back in the 1st of November my brother applied for a lean release for his car, so he can ultimately change the title over to me. They claim it was only going to be two weeks. Now its almost thanksgiving and I'm still waiting on it.
