The amount of times I’ve left this place angry cause their drive thru teller line is SO slow! Like I understand it takes time but the dispensary has more urgency and they have more policies than you guys do I’m sure due to CCB. In line for 5-10 min no movement. Another complaint having nothing to do with this location. But I’ve ordered my card about three times and I haven’t received it and I’ve called and complained and I have yet to receive a card so all around I think Wells Fargo sucks and I’ll consider moving to another bank when I have the time for it.

Today I experienced the most unprofessional and weird thing at Wells Fargo on Tropicana and Hualapai. My husband went in to deposit some money on my debit card, but was told that unfortunately since he is not on my card he is not able to do so without me being there. At this point I was calling the bank and he was talking to them to try to figure out a solution since we were trying to pay our bills. As he was going back and forth with them, he eventually gave up and walked out seeing as he was on his 1 hr lunch break. The woman who was “assisting” him was supposedly the MANAGER, Marlene. As my husband goes back to his job, his boss informed him that the Wells Fargo manager called her, and complained about him. This woman I guess read his shirt and saw where he worked and went and called his job. I simply can not comprehend what authority does this manager at Wells Fargo have to call my husband’s job and bad mouth him. That is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard of being done. So Wells Fargo, please contact me so we can resolve this matter. What kind of employees do you guys hire? Is that an appropriate thing to do? Is that how your employees are trained? Hm..

Outstanding service from Alex. He had a can do attitude, took his time to explain what the difference was between the bank donation button vs PayPal. He was amazing the and when I asked for his business card then I understood why this was such a warm and welcoming branch! Alex sets the example!

This Wells fargo Bank, is the most difficult locations to work with. They don’t wanna take loose change ( want you to roll it, when it can’t complete a roll). Charges the customer every few possible. When our money we deposited keeps the branch running. Enough said

What can I say it's where I Bank. LOL I've never had any problems with this Bank. Matter of fact with my account got closed because of a mistake that into it made on my account they opened it back up for me under a different account number. This bank is definitely customer friendly.

The personal banker (Jessica) was very rude and talked down to me. I had a problem with my account and was awful! I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 7 years and will take me business to another Bank. This wasn't the first time I've been treated poorly by this particular Wells, but by other Wells Fargo locations as well.

Talia ( I think that was her name) was very unprofessional and incompetent. When asked for notary services , not only she didn't know what to do but also was giving an attitude when I tried to explain her what she already should have known. I suggest the management send them to proper training so the staff knows the job and provides the right customer service to long time customer. Don't bother going there, UPS will notarize for only $5 and will provide great customer service.

I am a VIP client but when I went in today with my friend to open a bank account. The personal banker they assigned us told me he can’t help her open a bank account without a local ID or proof of NV address. Lied to me that NV had changed its law requiring that. I simply drove to the branch where everyone knew me and successfully opened a bank account for my friend. I hate liars. I won’t bank at this branch EVER again.
