I went into this branch this morning to deposit money and I was greeted by Maria. She was very friendly and quite frankly made a dull experience seem fun with a great smile and polite conversation. It actually made my day better which is why I chose to write this. Also while I was there a young man named Max came out to greet another customer and her daughter and he was very friendly as well. If every bank I went into had people like this working it would make going to the bank not seem like a chore.

This branch is an absolute waste of time. It took 30 minutes to do a single deposit. This is thirty minutes after handing over the money and ID. I seriously recommend spire credit union across the street instead of this joke. Not to mention the shady way Wells Fargo runs their business.

Poor experience, first time here thru drive dru and teller was rude. I don't make reviews unless necessarily but this requires attention. Main issue is attitude and poor customer service. I informed I was going to deposit a check, 1st girl (and I swear 3 different girls spoke to me) asked for i.d, check and debit. I asked to verify and 2nd girl said check only. Then last girl said check and debit. Clearly no one knows how to do their job. Fix your service and attitude!!!! That is no way to talk to any if your customers. Tone is a problem with these girls in drive thru. No thank you, no have a nice day. Maybe an employee refresher or retraining is needed. No regards to their customer satisfaction.

Every person I’ve been in contact with, at this branch, has been as close to perfect as you can get. They’re welcoming, happy, friendly, helpful, patient and they take care of business. The atmosphere is fabulous! Other businesses would be lucky to have employees like these! I worked with Laura Conner today. This woman is a gem!!! She made everything easy. I made sure I had her business card when I left.

I have to use this bank for business purposes only and I receive the worst customer service every time I have to make a simple deposit or cash out a check. It always takes a lot longer than it should. There seems to be an issue every time I go. Either they need to train their employees to all be on the same page, or hire more of them. The business drive-thru is never efficient, and the tellers never update you on why the transaction that should take 2 minutes takes 15.

I know it sounds crazy, but I actually had a good experience at the bank. If this seems far-fetched, I hear you. It's the exact same reaction I'd have. But I met with a banker, Autumn, who not only helped me with getting a cashier's check, but she also saved me 5% interest on my line of credit. This particular location is a nightmare to get in and out of, and the ATM situation is laughable. But if they have this good of employees, I can put up with the minor nuisances!

I’ve been to multiple Wells Fargo in the city and prefer this one over others. I was sad when I couldn’t get Mr.Best today as a personal banker because he made opening an account a very enjoyable experience for my daughter and I. I was amazed by how great Mr Kister was though. I have to hand it to whomever hired these individuals. I know personal bankers don’t make the rules on fees and regulations. So hiring ones who make your experience worth while is the only way to go. Thank you Mr. Best and Mr. Kister for being bankers.

I recently had an issue with my account, I called wells fargo customer care and spent a good 3 hours on the phone and passed to several departments where NO ONE was able to help me and told me they would like into my issue and someone would get back to me within the next week (Issue was causing my funds to be placed on hold - so I had no access to my money). I was literally about to cancel my account and go to another bank because of the pure lack of customer service and their lack of being able to assist me with an issue that could have been easily resolved. I called this branch and spoke with Laura Moore (Banker) who was able to have my issue resolved and my account fixed in LESS THEN 5 MINUTES. she even gave a follow up call to confirm that everything looked good on my end after they fixed the problem. Her customer service SAVED me from cancelling my account with wells fargo. This is the type of employee that needs to be promoted and should be running a branch or leading wells fargo's customer service efforts. Thanks again Laura for your hard work and willingness to help me through the frustrating series of evens that took place!! You are the best!

If I could give it 0 stars I would, made an appointment showed them on my phone I did waited over a week for, then was told I couldn’t be helped because I didn’t have a “confirmation email”. Only 1 banker in store managers to blame no wonder this branch has 3 stars
