    Waiting in line for almost 55 minutes. Only one window open and 5 employees in the back of the teller just looking around and walking like security or something. I would love to give a 0 start to these locations

    Nice people work there but the lines are ALWAYS long and they do not answer the phone apparently (just called)

    Súper disappointed. Made my appointment and they called me to confirm and I show up and they tell me my banker was not available that day. This was my third attempt trying to talk to them. I’m so done with Wells Fargo

    HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would but it doesn’t let me. do not make an appointment here at all!!!! so ridiculous. I had made an appointment two weeks in advance to speak with a banker. Eventually that didn't happen they had me waiting thirty minutes!!! there was only one lady there which was on the phone and did not hesitate to let me know she will be busy. They are understaff. The dude more like the security guy that is in charge of the door has no manners what so ever he is rude and so unpleasant!! there was a long line and one teller like… the heck is that??? There should be more than one teller! Ugh

    Katherina did a wire transfer she messed up. called me to let me know obout her error but put me in line for 20 minutes missed wire cutoff time.

    GETS FULL FAST!! THEY HAVE 6 WINDOWS AND THEY ONLY 3 OPEN WHY I don't know. The tellers HAVE GREAT customer Service. I hope management would open more windows during peak times of the every month. EVERY MONTH IS THE SAME!!

    Terrible customer service 6 Windows only two open at 9:45 am. A lady asked a banker if anyone was going to help. The banker did not even acknowledge her or anything. Completely ignored her and the rest of us and went back and set down at her desk..

    I usually go here and they all know what they are doing, anything I need from print outs on checks to someone taking money out of my account have all been resolved. I belive they all know english and Spanish or they can have someone in Spanish for you. it gets full but I don't mind the wait because I know I will be satisfied
