    So apparently, Wells Fargo thinks its wise to only have one banker on duty during the work week, first thing in the morning. I got there just minutes after opening and they only had one banker on duty that was already with a customer. I was asked to wait. Normally, I wouldn't mind, but its a Tuesday morning and I have somewhere to be. After ten minutes of waiting I asked the teller if there was anyone else that could help me. She said there was supposed to be another banker coming in any minute. I waited longer. Finally, I looked at my phone and it was creeping on 930. Myself and another gentleman that was also as frustrated left by the lack of customer service. All I needed was a freaking temporary debit card and the teller nor the key holder could help me. If you're not going to have employees on duty that can do more than make change, you should at least make sure your employees that can handle a huge job (such as issuing a temporary card) show up on time. Just another disappointment from Wells Fargo.

    I have to use the commercial lane for deposits and coin orders. Why are people "physically" standing in the drive thru lane??? This lane should be for BUSSINESS ONLY!! 5 OTHER LANES OPEN FOR OTHERS!!! I should not be waiting 30 -50 minutes with being 2nd or 3rd place in line. I'm being questioned by my employer, why it takes so long😔

    This bank is where you bank if you don't want to be treated like a costumer of their services. Spent years as a loyal wells Fargo card holder, had an account since I was a teenager. Not once did this bank ever throw me a bone, no approval for a credit card, wouldn't ever cash my check, could only get part of it available on deposit, even if I explained that I needed a bit more for a large bill. This specific location tried to send my new bank card to my address four times and it never came, but I still stuck with them. When I finally had enough, it was because they wouldn't let me cash my full check when I needed it that night. I closed my accounts, Not once was the situation offered to be remedied. They didn't seem to mind losing my buisiness, they couldn't be bothered to go the extra mile to keep it. I don't know why so many people stay with a bank that never does anything for them or helps them out in any way.

    Moved up north so I haven't been to this location in years, had to come back to the cities to fax paper work that had to be picked up and signed a few blocks away from here due to close family member passing. Last week I have been faxing paperwork from other locations just fine. Went to this one and was immediately turned away and told that they do not offer those services. Why would one location do it and not this one? There was not a single customer in the building besides me, so i wasnt being turned away because they didnt have the time....

    Michael Beaumont really took care of me. I felt he went the extra mile resolve my troubles. Also explained things clearly and quickly. Didnt rush to throw me out the door. Thanks Michael! Cant find people with this kind of nice heart anymore so good job whomever hired him.

    What makes this branch AMAZING is the people working there. They greet you with a smile and offer help in the most polite manner. Sam, the branch manager, Shanon, the service manager, and all other tellers and lead tellers Kinnedy, Jean, Shirin, Jessica, Amra, and Amber. All are great people that you want to talk to and do business with. Why would I think of going anywhere else?

    horrible service and rude. when they are 100% in the wrong apparently its ok to be condonsending and unprofessional. bank elsewhere unless you like being treated like garbage. lots of banks that employee people that will not act in this manner.

    This branch has the worst tellers, management, and bankers that I have ever had to deal with in my life. Good thing I didn't come here to open my account, never would've happened. If I could give this place 0 stars I would've!!!!!!!
