    AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING “COMPLICATED” Personally think I may go back to my credit union. I went with Wells Fargo because it is a nationwide bank, and to be able to talk to someone in person. With the advent of online banking I think I will go elsewhere. I understand for the sake of brevity trying to open an account online. I already have an account with them and wanted to open a new one. Mind you I assume there are two bankers in this whole office. Looked like one was dozing off in his office in his chair and the other had just finished with a customer. Only other customer was in the teller line. The banker told me that they “were mostly by appointment only”. What exactly is mostly by appointment? Either you are or are not due to whatever protocol you are under. I mean you wouldn’t receive MOST of a chemotherapy treatment would you? OR get most of a surgery done. Honestly it wasn’t worth the time explaining to the banker that I had previously tried to do this online. Apparently the only appointment time was at 4PM. Never seen a business talk themselves out.

    Very unprofessional! More office cubicles with less people working. Customers have only a little space where everyone hears your business. We made an appointment and just to come and wait 30 minutes. What’s the significance of the appointment? And that Bank Associate with the surname Welsch tried acting smart on us, she didn’t want to serve us. And she knows the reason why! Without even looking at our documents she stated that our Article of Incorporation was expired which wasn’t true. She requested two forms of IDs which we presented, just to tell us in addition that she needed our marriage certificate to prove that we are married. Why didn’t you call the day before the appointment to let us know what we needed to open a business account? She lied that she called me and my phone didn’t allow her to leave a message. That’s a blatant lie, I always return every phone call because it might be one of my Soldiers needing me. Hinesville Wells Fargo Branch has left a bad taste in my mouth for Wells Fargo in general. Very unprofessional!

    I recently had to do business at this location and was absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism of the banker I worked with; She was patient, courteous, and took her time to answer my questions and work with me. As I was in there I also noticed the line to the tellers moves swiftly, and people were welcomed and helped quickly. I have used the ATM at this location many times with no issues as well. Special thanks to Jaimie T for all her help and amazing service.

    I was depositing a check and the bank teller asked me what was the money for and said because it’s a lot of fraud going on. Anther time they started asking me personal questions too.

    They are the worst bank I have had in my life seriously. I filed a fraud claim and instead of them crediting the money they making me wait past my 10 days to make a decision. Please I recommend no one at all to bank with them. This is a warning ⚠️

    Worst experience ever !! Traveling through Hinesville heading to airport to catch an international flight . I desperately needed to do a wire transfer but was refused because I didn’t have an appointment . I begged that I would wait in between clients . I waited outside for 45 minutes and not a single person went inside . The manager finally came out and told me she could make appointment for me on Wednesday . Today is Friday . Ms Johnson was very unprofessional and had a major attitude . She could have went a bit out of her way to help, if she wanted to but instead appeared lazy and disheveled , I have no idea how this woman Brenda Johnson got the position as “service Manager “ it is beyond me unless their was no one else to fill this position , she must have pulled the shortest straw . The branch superior should spend some time carefully reviewing her attitude and performance. Luckily We were able to make our plane because another branch accommodated us WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT :) located 45 min from this location .we have been with Wells Fargo for over 15 years and this was the worst experience ever . If I could give a negative star I would

    They are staff is very worse I went to do wire transfer they ask me my id and show to they say you have whole in you’re id so it’s not valid I say I been using this since 3 year only this place see you making big deal out that than there staff say I will block you’re account if you don’t have valid Id and this is my driving license valid id
