    They are the first bank I have had the unfortunate opportunity to try and work with that DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH for an individuals deposit. Odd, a bank that does not deal with cash. The person I was trying to deposit funds for, will definitely be switching banks. To the bank I use, as they have zero issues and work as a bank for the people. Not sure what or who Wells Fargo works for. A bank that does not work with cash. Strange.

    This bank is very clean inside, and very well kept. I like the look of the building and the staff are always friendly. My only complaint is that there is no drive through ATM or tellar drive through lines. I wish they hadn't closed the WF on Pueblo Blvd, which had the features I mentioned. However besides having to go in this location has always been great and friendly.

    They say it will take 2 weeks to clear a CASHIERS check. As soon as it clears, we will be closing the account and taking our business elsewhere. How can we run a business when you hold $27,000 for weeks when it's a CASHIERS check. Slimey people, do not trust this bank

    Melissa was amazing! She offered the best customer service. However, as for the manager, she spoke to me over the phone as if I were a liar about the activity on my account and kept speaking over me. She was very unprofessional. I won’t go back to this bank because of her. As for Melissa the personal banker(5 stars)— I hope she becomes the manager.

    Building shows it’s age but the things that matter (quick lines, friendly tellers, good service) are on point. Some tellers even know me by name - which is impressive considering how many customers they must have.

    I wish they still had a drive-up window, but even though there are usually lines to wait in, they move thru reasonably quick. The tellers and bankers I've dealt with have been friendly, and helpful! Thank you!

    I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with the mortgage person at Wells Fargo. I am happy to say a young man by the name of Jordan Lussier answered the phone . He was so nice and i.e. fly. He explained that the Mortgage person has been on vacation for two weeks. He did take my name and address and phone number so that I will get a call back. Now this is what I call great customer service Thank you so much Jordan for being such a nice guy.

    No drive-thru? They don’t want people in the lobby - but don’t have a drive-thru. SMH
