If I could leave negative stars, I would. That's what this branch deserves. Absolutely disrespectful. The staff, including the manager were very rude to my mom. She came in today to get some change, as she usually does, and she heard the staff say rude comments about her. She spoke to the manager to report the inappropriate comments and overall behavior of the staff and the manager said that they are just harmless jokes and that they say them about customers all the time. I've never heard of rude comments being just harmless jokes; especially if they are being said about a lot of customers. I will be there Monday to take down names and close all accounts with Wells Fargo. If this does not get fixed, I will follow up with corporate. You don't disrespect people like that and get away with it.

Longest wait ever just to make a straight deposit. They are really nice here, which is great but many of us are running to the bank on our lunch break or on a time crunch. I do not see why someone who is making a straight deposit with no other transactions has to was 20 mins! It would be so very smart to open a deposit only line.

Recently closed out account with US Bank down the street, absolutely worst Bank experience I ever had after 5 years I had enough. I walked into this location and was assisted by Monica within 1 minute of being there, I spoke to her about my situation and she was quick to bring up different options available, she took time to explain all of the different Accounts and Services they offer. Monica is certainly the MOST persistent Employee I have ever seen and this bank is VERY lucky to have a employee like her. It was easy to decide Wells Fargo Bank is the correct choice for me. All of the Tellers are very friendly! What a relief, it appears that Wells Fargo has a lot of pride in what employees they hire and it really shows.

I have been banking at this branch for twenty five plus years and have always been happy with the customer service provided. Recently I have had a couple of occasions that I needed some things notarized and a couple of wire transfers done. On both visits I dealt with Kevin Vasquez and I must say he went above and beyond to make sure all that I needed to take care of was accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. His customer service was impeccable. I don’t usually take the time to do reviews but I was so impressed with him that I felt compelled to write a review. Thank you Kevin you made a very stressful situation so much easier. You rock!

Have to come here for work a lot. Employees have always been very friendly. whenever i walk in i am greeted 98% of the time unless everyone is helping someone. Only thing i will say is a very small percent of the tellers move pretty slowly when entering deposit info. I've had to wait here for a while on numerous occasions (honestly don't mind the waiting but some tellers do need to move a little bit faster) other than that the building is always clean as well as the parking lot. Overall good experience at this location

My husband and I bank here. We have had Romy Patel help us on numerous occasions. She is professional, always super helpful, and super friendly. She goes above and beyond. We always leave with a smile. Cant reccomend her enough.

I went in to ask questions on a Saturday. Rafi said he would have Alex Castaneda contact that Monday. It is now Thursday and I still don’t have a call. I’ve tried calling the branch and no one answers. Horrible customer service!

I like to share great experien with W.F. Bank on 17th Street in Costa Mesa. Three times I’ve gone into this particular branch to get a document notarized, and each time they weren’t available for at least an hour. I don’t know where people are getting the professional comments, but it is not at this place.
