Worst branch on the planet. Sitting in a drive through line for an obscene length of time and the bank won't let anyone inside. Obviously not enough people working inside or they are utterly incompetent. I should have driven the extra 15 minutes to Media.

Horrible customer service. After waiting in line for 30 minutes to withdraw cash I was told I couldn’t get the amount I needed and to come back the next day because it was 20 minutes to close (it was 25 minutes to close). Next day I sit in the line again for at least 35 minutes and am told again it is to close to closing time and I need to give 24 hours notice to withdraw more than 5k. I wasn’t told that the day before. The teller Maryann was extremely rude. When I expressed my frustration she began to speak over me and then cut me off by turning off the camera saying she was shutting her lane down. I asked to get whatever I could out of my account and she continued her bad attitude. I hit the service button numerous times with no response and finally left without ANY of my money. When I called, the branch manager Clifford was initially defensive and didn’t seem to care when I told him that my interaction with Maryann caused me to want to pull all of my money out and close my account after being a customer there for 20 years. He simply said ok. Save yourself some time and frustration and bank elsewhere where customers are valued.

They can never assist you with any request. Instead they just tell you it's not their fault. Then you're pretty much left to figure it out on your own by calling the wells Fargo customer service line and spend 30min to an hour for them to help you. This is by far the worst branch I've ever used.

Went to deposit our tax return during the pandemic. Called ahead to schedule an appt since my husband is not on my account. The manager told me this could be done at drive through as long as he had two forms of Id (he does). Also called Wells Fargo customer service to be sure it could be done this way & they confirmed. We went and were told we couldn’t deposit the check because “it’s federal and they do things differently & people at the customer service center don’t know how the actual banks work.” Apparently the manager of this location was also mistaken? We went to the lansdowne branch who did deposit the check & we called another location to make sure we were being lied to at the Springfield branch. They also confirmed they could deposit the check no problem. I avoid this branch at all costs because there is one teller who is consistently miserable to deal with.

Went to tgis bank to withdraw and to get a roll of quarter. Called first before I waited an hour in the drive through in 85 degree weather. They said i can withdraw and get a role of quaters. When it was my turn the two women were super rude and disrespectful. I asked them repeatedly if i could withdraw. They refused to help me. I was a light skinned black girl with curly briads and a white woman with blonde hair black roots. I attenpted to take a picture to post and forward to their bosses but they kept playinh with the video monitor. I also tried calling bavk they would not answer the phone. I have be a customer for this bank for years. If they are not fired i am taking my money somewhere else. I am going to escalate this matter. I am going to linkedin twitter and other sources to get this resolved.

I went to this bank to withdraw money and was denied. I had 16x the amount I wanted to withdraw in my account. As a business owner with a business account this was unacceptable. I went to another branch and had 0 issues. This bank needs new management . I might even switch banks completely

I was at the drive thru so when I proceed to where you send your deposits the light was green than the teller sent me around when I asked her why she said the line is close where costumer service is too poor by the is my first and my last time I visited this branch

The branch not open due to covid... only wells branch that I have been too not open. Drive thru SUPER SLOW. took 7 minutes to send me a withdrawal slip!!! Will never come to this branch again!!!

Wow that's about all I can say I've been in used car lots and been jumped on less I think they work on commission there went in to ask about CDs and was attacked. I needed a big stick to beat them off it was absolutely unbelievable. All the way to the door they were still badgering me it was like I had money hanging out of my ears. Of course but what I expect from Wells Fargo I should have knew better than to go in there but I thought they had good deals for a CDs

I have not had a very good experience with this branch. I wanted to open a business account. I had one with them previously, Prince Ebo acted as if he was opening it, but really took no steps to open it. Don't wanna do business with them.
