Wells Fargo Bank University Dr, Huntsville

This bank has no Customer service experience whatsoever. It has the worst call center in the nation. I was transferred 3 different times and still.got no definitive answer to my question. The branch office was just as bad I have been trying to close my late Mother's account because I am the beneficiary. I have nothing but a run around. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BANK.WITH.WELLS FARG. THEY LET YOU PUT MONEY, BUT MAKE IT NEAR IMPOSSIBLE DO GET IT OUT!

Candice smiley helped me after being super busy and helped me with a deceased family members account that took close to an hour. She was great, professional, patient and helped me to her fullest ability and more! Thanks!

I opened a new account and I am very pleased with the service that I received. I was very happy with the service from Shenika. She was so friendly and professional as was the entire staff.

I went in to set up an account and fortunately there was a banker available, they said often you have to have an appointment to do such things as setting up accounts. I was set up with the by far the sweetest lady who could have helped me, her name was Faith. I had some special requirements and requests and she totally met my every need with her professional knowledge in banking and has the most amazing personality ever. When I left that day I felt like I gained a friend and all the faith I needed to take care of things! I am glad I chose Wells Fargo to help me with my financial needs! Great facility!

By far the SLOWEST Wells Fargo in the city! Maybe even the state! Makes me dread having to do any bank business! I’ll drive all the way to Jones Valley for speedy transactions && customer service!

Easy location to get in and out of and the banking staff here is always extremely polite and will go out of their way to assist you with anything you may need. Wells Fargo has gotten some bad press in the past but they corrected the mistakes/shortcomings and with all the added features and benefits they offer they simply cannot be matched. Thank you Wells Fargo for being my bank of choice.

Not very helpful. Don’t waste your time visiting this branch. It would be nice to have someone that actually wants to help. Then again maybe I went in to close to closing and they were ready to go. I’ll keep my business with Navy Federal.

It was kind of a blessing that the banker that I dealt with, is someone who I know from a different bank branch. Faith is such an amazing person and such a good friend.

The merchant service person their name Alex had told my wife and I that if we sign up with him and for some reason if I business ever goes "out of business" we can get out of the multi-year contract because the business will be closed and we wouldn't need Business Services. We'll come to find out that's not true! He put my wife's SSN instead of our businesses in number in the paperwork, therefore we can't get out of the contract even though our business has gone under, the only way to get out of the contract is for my wife's SSN to no longer be around which means she has to die. So thank you Alex, for showing me the low morals that it seems like Wells Fargo has towards start-up small businesses. not only has our small business failed but now we continue to owe money on Business Services for the next couple years. Do not use Wells Fargo when you're deciding to open a small business because of kind of dirty Shady business practice, because at the end of the day they don't care about your business they care about whatever money they can put in their own pockets... fun side note once I called and asked about this information he has refused to call me back or answer his phone which made it so I had to call First Data and get the answers that I have been screwed over.
