    I went to the branch and requested and up-to-date print out of my current checkings and savings account amounts; simple. Under the advisement of the manager -- not the teller herself, but, again, under the advisement of the manager -- did she originally pass me a random bank statement from October 2018. I didn't notice this, until I started reviewing it, after having left the teller's window. I went back in, stood in line, explained to clarify that I needed an up-to-date print out of my current checkings and savings accounts, and what I received was a random bank statement from as far back as October 2018. Again, the manager advised and gave this teller directives, which led to this particular print out. I not only think this odd, but begin to wonder if this is some subtle, nuanced customer intimidation, as yet another odd 2nd incident occurred. After returning to the teller, the manager walked away, then returned and, I was referred by the manager to another banker at his desk I asked him what I had previously asked, but this time made it specific that I'd like if my 3 accounts were reflected in the statement. The bank statement only reflects 2 accounts, and not 3 as I had requested specifically from him. I also find this odd, as I do not believe either of these bankers are as incompetent as these oversights suggests; moreso, they were both directed by the manager. I requested an up-to-date saving/checkings account print out -- obvious to say that it is November of 2021 -- and under the directive of the manager via the bank teller was I delivered a random bank statement from October 2018. When I returned, it was the manager who referred me to a specific banker, where I was again given a wrong bank record. I don't believe either of the bankers are incompetent. I believe there is foul play and malintent on part of the manager, and that this is just and plain customer intimidation

    I was there 5 minutes ago, the guy at the door was doing nothing, and he told me that I had to wait for 2 hours for him to be available to help me to do a simple thing as express send. That’s the most ridiculous thing ever. I have been Wells Fargo customer per years and this is the only time I feel someone was rude and ridiculous in one of the banks. Shame on that!

    A man named Oliver was not only irritating but made me jump through more hoops than I’ve ever had to in order to just cash a check. I’ve cashed checks here every week for 3 months and I’ve never had an issue. I swear he intentionally moved slow to take up my time on purpose. I will never come back to this branch again because of his attitude.

    Just went this branch for the company daily deposits. Waited for about 15 mins on line before I can get to the bank teller. After one deposit (I had total of two companies' deposits), I was told she can't print me the receipt. I was then told to step to another window and wait for the lady name Alma Kui for my receipt and make my 2nd deposit. Alma was not focus on my deposit but jumping around to take care other customers. Then she told me she can't print me the receipt as their system is down. She could only write me one. I was really mad, I spent over 30 mins there, and it was for the company deposit but can't have the receipt. I told her I need my receipt. She then gave me LOOK..... Like I am requesting something unnecessary. She then jumped to another customer while I was standing in front of the window waiting. I had to to get back to work so I have to took the written receipt and come back anther time for the 2nd deposit.

    This is my favorite of the WF branches in Manhattan. I've been going to this branch on-and-off for the last couple years and every time the staff has been friendly and efficient. I want to give a shoutout to banker Jen in particular who helped me with a fraud claim recently. She worked with me for over an hour and did a wonderful job guiding me through that very stressful situation.

    Fast service and nice staff. Much better than the branches in Nevada! The banker named Jennalyn Chew explained the process to me in a very clear way and I got my checking account open in 20 minutes.

    Look out for Bank employee Alima (dont know how to spell her name) and do not interact with her. She is very cold and unprofessional and doesn't know the first of customer service. With people like this working at Wells fargo, the bank can never succeed. So sad they have to put up with her on a daily basis.
