    I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 10 years and I am glad I am. This location gets me in and out in a timely fashion and you can tell the manager leads a great team. They communicate well and get things done! I have had issues with stores charging my card incorrectly and have had no trouble with Wells Fargo rectifying the situation and quickly.

    My husband had an acct w john from this office. He recently passed away & i don't know anything about investments an asked for help & understanding of these investments and his response was don't worry about it I'll handle it. And my daughter was trying to help and he was flip with her too making us feel stupid. Well i pulled the money out & placed it w a company that took time to explain how things work. Just like the service in the branches no one wants to be bothered or to help me.

    This Wells Fargo NEVER has it together. All I wanted was a letter they tell me I have to wait for a banker there’s only 1 banker. Waited for 20 mins to be told I have to wait 3 hours !!! Needs more employees and needs to give clear information to the customers.

    Every single time I have ever called this branch they NEVER once have answered the phone. I even tried staying on hold for 20 minutes and still they never picked up and I was not prompted to leave a message. Each time I called all I wanted to do was inquire if their notary was in the office that particular day…and if so could I make an appointment.

    I been a Wells Fargo customer for years. Just went to the bank couldn't withdraw my own money, because the branch manager needs to verify a check that has already been verified. Unbelievable !!! You have my license, you have my bank card. You have me standing! You have my bank account number. It's not like I'm trying to withdraw lots of money. She made me wait half hour and then she comes back and says I will get back to you when I'm done with my customer. Are you kidding me?? Am I suppose to sit in a bank all day long to Withdraw my own money ??? This must be a joke!! I guess it's time to change my bank!

    Horrible. They don't help, have no idea what they are doing, very arrogant and do less then bare minimum. I went to a different wells Fargo and got my issues addressed.Save yourself a headache don't go to this branch.

    Wells Fargo at Delran NJ has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very pleased & impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonferful team-mates I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with the bank. They are professional, kind, and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend this facility!!!

    The staff is always so friendly here and willing to help. I hadn't been to the bank in a while as I try to do as much as I can online due to covid but, I recently went there to go get some statements along with some other things I needed done and had such a lovey experience. As I sat down and waited to be helped, I noticed the manager Jocabelle(I think that's how you spell her name) and how helpful she was to her employees and even myself. They were all very welcoming and warm. This interaction was such a breath of fresh air for me. Especially, in these tumultuous times we're living. I think it's important for us all to have a little patience and understand people are simply doing their jobs as they are taught to. This will definitely be my home branch now.

    We have been working with Wells Fargo for the past several years. Recently, there appears to be a staffing change- for the worse. My husband went in on Friday and was met with the rudest employee, CARLOS CARDONA. We thought maybe he was having a bad day and let it go. My husband with in earlier today for a notary and was again met by the same guy. The audacity of this guy to act the way he did is beyond imagination. Unwilling to do his job, SO rude, absolutely horrible behavior and extremely disrespectful - for no reason!!! We will never be working with him again. Carlos, we will pray for you.

    I was told the wait would be an hour with only one other customer ahead of me and literally no others in the bank beside myself waiting. Why would you ask me to have a seat if the wait is an hour and it will be closed then?
