    This wellsfargo branch has the worst customer service on top of unprofessional staff. Don't bother trying to call and set up an appointment either the phone line just rings and rings. I'll take my business to Chase.

    What happened to customer service? If you like being a number and not a customer this is the bank for you. Walked in the door a line out the door, we had an appointment to open a new business account, the person that we were meeting with was loud, rude and talking to people in the waiting room for help like they were a piece of dirt! She sits us down and i ask her we need to add someone to an account plus open a new account, She said i do not think we will have time to do this you will need to make an appointment. Well when we tried to make an appointment it would only allow us to do one thing? So as a customer, I have no customer service I am just a number. I got up and walked out of this pit of a bank. Called B of A they said please come down we be glad to help you. Wow so nice. Wells Fargo what happened to customer service?

    First dont bother calling. You get a message that we cant answer the phone but go on line to solve your problem. Unfortunately i need to speak with a banker to resolve problems with a checking account. Tried to make an appointment on line and next available, at this branch is 3 days from now. I spoke with the branch on Willow Creek Rd and have an appt this afternoon. What ever happened to customer service? It obviously does not exist at this branch when you dont answer the phone.

    Last Wednesday my husband and I went into this branch really too late in the day. We couldnt avoid it though because of our own work schedules. We needed help with a Cashier's Check, a deposit, and two signatures notarized. We couldn't have been happier with the customer service from both Shannon and Terri. They were lovely: happy, friendly, very helpful and very professional. We were planning on ditching WF. Now we're staying. Thank you so much Shannon and Terri!!! You're the best!

    Wells Fargo now charges the lowest paid wage earners to cash their own checks, ensuring that the rich get richer while the poor remain poor. What's worse: they now instruct their tellers to misrepresent their own fees, thus making such fees fraudulent. The CEO of Wells Fargo, and others in the organization who support and benefit from fraudulent fees, should be in prison for their crimes.

    Just heard that Wells Fargo is holding stimulus checks longer than other banks. Really!? Shame on them! Beware this is nothing new. They (this branch) held a very large check, for about 10 days, that I wrote to a contractor. It was frustrating for both me and the contractor. It put us both in a precarious situation. There are better banks. We have had nothing but excellent experiences with Foothills Bank here in Prescott.

    Wells Fargo has been unprofessional each time I've had the misfortune to do business with them. Their staff is as untrained as a cage of chimps. You get a different answer each time you repeat your question.

    Because of Wells Fargo's recent issues, you would think they would try to get/retain customers. Based on our recent interaction with branch manager, Jovanna, she clearly is not interested in customer relations. We had an extremely frustrating experience with her. She should have addressed our issue in a simple and courteous way (note that Wells Fargo made a significant error to our account), but instead we left with our issue unresolved, and she did not provide a solution.

    I went in without an appointment to open up a joint checking account . I have 3 other accounts at this bank so do the others I was with .They people that were free to help asked around to see if we could be seen a few minutes later they told us no and that they were booked BUT as I was waiting for an answer I am listening to them tell someone over the phone that’s it’s ok for them to come in without an appointment that someone will help them ... then I left but went back in to see the teller this time and 2 more people came in without an appointment and were seen. A woman who said she didn’t have an appointment but tried over the phone and got a run around by someone on the east coast and a young couple wanting to change their address on a card. I think with the time that was spent selecting people and asking they could’ve helped us actually wanting to deposit money. I went back and told the doorman / young gentleman what i heard and saw was NOT RIGHT and he literally opposed me of what I witnessed and told me that wasn't true . An apology would have made a difference instead of what I got. Never had a problem before but this questions if I should bank there at all. The tellers though are great, banking area by appointment should be more professional. I am disappointed.

    First, I would like to thank CYNTHIA HATHAWAY "Personal Banker" and "Business Advocate." She is both professional and personable. She was excellent at addressing all my questions, offering insightful recommendations to fit my banking needs, and was easy to understand. In addition, my upmost appreciation goes to Branch Manager TIM JAYNE. I can say that he was EXTREMELY attentive to both myself and all of the customers present in the branch when I was there, from the time I entered the branch until I was leaving. Thank you both, as well as the Teller and Assistant Manager who helped me as well- I'm very sorry I didn't make note of their names. If anyone is looking for a local Wells Fargo Branch in Prescott, I'll recommend they go to 825 Miller Valley Rd. where you will receive EXCELLENT service!
