great branch with amazing people. needed foreign currency (never done that before) and the employees were very caring and helpful. Thomas (manager I think) was very professional and overall provided superb service. Brienna (definitely spelled her name wrong, sorry) was also very helpful and gave me all sorts of information in regard to foreign currency. 10/10

My personal banker and I had an unavoidable issue with setting up the account, as there had been a random number generated previously creating problems with setting up the online banking. My personal banker called around corporate, being transferred here and there, for 50 minutes to resolve the issue, making sure it was resolved properly. This level of dedication and concern for the customer is unprecedented. Again, I would like to make clear that the error was NOT due to Wells Fargo or its employees, but a simple mistake in the computer system. I highly recommend this location and the dedicated bankers there.

I walked in to start a new account and the staff was fantastic. Tasha greeted me at the door with the most welcoming smile and assisted me right away. Tyrone was just awesome, he helped me with everything, answered all my questions and was super patient. The entire staff and management should be praised for such astounding service. I highly recommend this branch to everyone.

I booked an appointment on the WF website. I needed a loan in order to consolidate debt and boost my credit score. The appointment was for 2:00PM. I wasn't even acknowledged until 3:00PM. To make matters worse, they refused to give me the loan I needed. That's simply disrespectful.
