Went in to make a deposit and the teller was saying my deposit was short. After adding it up the deposit was correct. Teller was trying to scam money off my deposit. Beware using this location

The ladies at this establishment are rude for the exception of one . I’m starting to see new faces but the face I saw today around maybe 4:20pm. She has been rude these last few times I’ve come there . She does not greet at all. Instead of letting me know that they were out of change like they always do …she just drops the money inside the box and not say anything . Doesn’t say goodbye, have a great day…nothing. Doesn’t even ask if I need a box for the change or anything . I honestly have to say this was the worst service I’ve ever received from an employee since coming to this bank. If you don’t know how to greet or speak to customers then maybe the job isn’t for you. Better customer service and cash handling is needed in this establishment.

We made an appointment on the Wells Fargo website and THEY sent us a confirmation email with ADRRESS, time and what not. We get there on time for the appointment to be told “wE dOnT kNow Why it let you make an appointment”? That they were drive thru only. We are redirected to a different location where our appointment is now irrelevant and we have to wait. Horrible management.

This bank is closed every other week. It’s ridiculous and a total inconvenience. If Wells Fargo is that short staffed then close this branch down. Most of us are having to drive to a different location anyways.

I deal with several branches of Wells Fargo, and service has always been good for the most part. However this branch lacks a lot in regards to customer service. They may want to read their own Customer statement they display in all their offices, because they are not living up to the message it is nothing more than decoration. The Love Joy Branch is night and day take an extra few minutes and bypass this location if you need to do more than make a simple deposit.

Don't bother trying to call and talk to a banker, despite that being an option the phone system runs you in circles eventually hanging up on you after about 4 minutes. Tried several times to no avail. Called the WFB at Hudson Bridge and got a banker in 20 seconds.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with many of the other reviewers about the rude staff here. I called with an inquiry and was told "i don't know, call the 800 number" by a lazy employee who couldn't be bother to get the answer. why would i need to call the 800 number for a question regarding THIS branch?! this place is awful.

Worst customer service ever! Tellers are rude. They don’t care about the customer. Even the manager is rude as all can be. I will never bank with this bank again and do not recommend them under no circumstance.

Poor customer service went there to get notary was not helpful or friendly need to be re-educated and retrained on their job the young man sitting at the front desk is not knowledgeable of what he's doing.
