      The problem was a very rude and inconsiderate atm customer who parked in the handicapped spot which I told him that was a handicapped spot he ignored me and when i was leaving and taking a picture he gave me the middle finger. Posted his truck and plate from front and his picture of giving me the finger also. Can the bank do something and have him issued a ticket for illegally using the handicapped spot.
