    I had a very bad experience with the manager idk her name, but she is a black female. She refused to deposit or cash my check and told the teller that it looked like I falsified the check and looked at me in a very ugly way. I had to drive to the location on Andrews highway and they did deposited the check without questioning.

    Worst Banking Experience I’ve ever had. The Lobby is horribly managed. Very disorganized, and the staff are very incompetent or under trained for the positions they fill. They turn a simple deposit into total chaos. Definitely do not recommend this location. Safe yourself the hassle and go down the road to another bank.

    I arrived as soon as their doors were opening at 9am. Due to Covid, they are keeping the doors locked, and will open the doors for each customer needing assistance.(July 2020) I was escorted straight into an office where I was helped with my need, and the man helping me was very kind, and made pleasant conversation. He helped me very efficiently and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes flat. I received a printed summary of my visit, and another worker opened the door for me when I left, so I did not need to touch anything. Very good experience.

    super rude, unwilling to help people. Don't waste your time and go to different branch. I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to get good service. Thought of closing my account, seriously. Worst service EVER. I decided to leave it open because I have had Wells Fargo for about 20 years.

    Some of the ladies are rude. They don't greet you, they don't say thank you, its like that dislike that I do business here. When you go through the commercial lane to make a simple deposit the normal lanes are in and out and you are stuck waiting for your transaction to be done. So unfair I have to wait 25 minutes for a simple deposit. Dislike coming here.

    Once again simple question big time atttitude. 45 minutes in the drive through sometimes with 4 cars. Ask them how much longer and they make you feel like you did something wrong. Aren’t I the customer? The manger should hire poeole who like other people. You can tell when someone doesn’t like dealing with people. But the manger hires people who are rude and don’t care.

    Very slow drive through. 30 minutes just to get change for a yard sale. Never had such poor service in 20 plus years banking. I hope management sees this. Sad sad sad.

    Horrible service. I decided to go through the driving area to make a deposit so I don’t have to smell that nasty office and no body says Hi or nothing they just let you waiting for as long they want. They need customers service training seriously.

    I walked in to get a temporary debit card and signed in our their sheet. No one said a word to me the whole 47 minutes they made me wait. I eventually left to the other Wells Fargo off loop 250 and got helped in 5 minutes of being there. Horrible service!!

    Wells Fargo banks in general, call for a boycott! Worst service ever. If the taxpayers didn't bail them out they would have shut down already
