    This morning, I phoned the branch in LaPlata, MD, hoping to make an appointment to meet with a new accounts representative. I spoke to someone who explained that the new accounts rep was with a customer. I gave her my contact information and requested that the new accounts rep return my call at his/her earliest convenience. Unfortunately its now 1:30 p.m. and no one has returned my call. I went online to see if I could schedule and appointment. Evidently no one can speak with me or see me about a new account until October 12th...lol...that's 4 days from now.

    I absolutely love my bank, I previously lived in Waldorf and just moved to Fort Washington but I will continue to use this location. The staff is so friendly and sweet; they always help me promptly and with a smile. I believe I always see Miss Danielle and I absolutely love her! If I could give 10 stars I would!

    Just stopped and went in to do some banking. One clerk at window and one at drive thru. One person at counter and then me. Counter clerk had no sense of urgency about her. She was too busy discussing her clogged drains and how using drain snakes or the way nothing else would work. The gentleman at the counter turned, looked at me, turned back and went back to discussing her drain problems. She spoke slowly and after seeing she could care less if someone else was in line, I left. I have NEVER had that kind of experience with Wells Fargo before. I would still be standing there or gotten VERY aggravated and asked if the drive thru clerk could help me. Wouldn't happen at our Walls Fargo. Clerk would be searching for another job. She needs to be trained in good fast customer service and you need other counter help.

    Horrible service..... if you need to speak with somebody it will take over an hour. Bad person coverage for patrons. Also personal conversations at counter with patrons like there is not a thing going on in the world. Never again, been here almost 45 mins and same conversation still going on between patrons.
