The Wells Fargo Bank in Yuba City, is ok for banking and financal needs. However, I have seen some more friendly Wells Fargo Banks over the years where when you walk- in the staff already know your name especially; if you go to the bank often. The bank staff in Yuba city, are nice through and helpful. However, the lines can be a little long so be prepared to wait awhile. In addition, their ATM machines are very easy to use and offer cash in several different combinations if you use the machines inside the bank; which can be very convenient for most people on the go!! 😎 💲 🤑💰 💸 💲 🤑 💸 💲 🤑 💸💰 😎

So the bank has friendly people. It’s a decent sized bank with plenty of tellers and bankers to help you. My experience with the bank was fine. However I showed up here about 15 minutes early, before it opened. There was a lot of people hanging out front of the bank that looked like they had no intention of banking and made this location a little shady. I will say once the bank opened up, people started to clear out a little bit. Yuba City has a lot of places that seem to have closed and the town kind of looks a little ghost like from what I remember it from as a younger man. In completing this review, a bank guard just walked up. So I guess they have hired accommodations to keep the area clean and safe. Maybe he was just late to work today, LOL Additional note... This branch was decorated very nicely inside. Super festive! :)
Thanks for your feedback, Mason. If you’d like to discuss any concerns in further detail, please send an email to [email protected] and mention your review and Google username (no account numbers). -Nick, Wells Fargo HL Social

Went to the bank today to cash a check. The check was drawn on this bank. I waited in line (my bank does not have a line anymore) . Went to the counter. Another person (male) was standing beside the female teller that was helping me. After I was asked for my Id by the teller the man asked if I would be interested in opening a Wells Fargo account. My reply was "No". He then asked why I chose to cash the check at their bank rather then my bank. I felt he stepped over the line...It is none of his business. I used to bank at Wells Fargo. Had more than one bad experience with them, will never bank there....now I have another experience to add to the reason why I will not bank there.

It is 109 outside and you have to wait outside in this heat up to an hour or more before you get inside to a teller. Some banking cannot be done by ATM. This is beyond ridiculous and the worst customer service ever. Time for a new bank.
Thank you for taking the time to share this with us, Ladonna. This is not the level of customer service we strive for, and I want to make sure your experience is thoroughly reviewed by a specialist. Please email me at [email protected] with your full name, phone number, and address (no account numbers). Be sure to also include your Google username and the Wells Fargo branch location you posted a review on. I look forward to hearing from you. -Jessica, Wells Fargo HL Social

Generally when you go to a Bank you see professionally dressed people that normally smile and greet you when you walk in. In this particular Bank you did not receive that great service. When you go to the counters most of the tellers never smile and generally they are always doing something other than what they are supposed to do . For instance today when I walked in the gentleman teller was on his cell phone up in the front now is that professional I don't think so. Did I mention that no one smiles in this bank. Everytime I walk in it makes me want to turn right back around and get back in my car. I really think they need to perform several secret shops in this store to see what really goes on when they are not around. Maybe it's just me, maybe I'm being too picky, but when you get use to having great service at banks then that is what you expect in every bank

I have been banking with them for years. Without any major problems, recently I deposited a check and was told it would be available the next day because it was a certified cashier's check. The next day I checked my account and the funds were available, so I started paying bills etc. That evening I went in to transfer some money and all of the money was gone. By that time the bank was closed and no one could give me much info. The next morning I went in and talked to Manny and then he brought in Char, I believe her name was, she told me that they had a hold on the check and to bring her proof that the check had been funded and she would release it. I called the check writers (citi) and they provided me a phone number where they could verify the funds. Char said that she needed something faxed to a certain number in their "back room". Citi went and overnighted me "proof". I took it in and she said that that was not enough and questioned where I had gotten it from even tho I took it in in the envelope that it had been overnighted in and even went as far as to accuse me of fabricating the evidence and threatened that she could just close my account for trying to pass a fraudulent check. If they had told me there would be a hold from the start I would have just waited for it to clear before making these payments. I asked to speak to someone else and she said she was the only one that could release the check and was not going to, to call the 1800 number if I wanted to speak to someone else. She told me that they would refund any overdraft fees that my account incurred but I had to wait the 8 days for the check to clear. Meanwhile my chech got direct deposted to that account and I would have no money for that whole time. Once the whole ordeal was iver, I called several times to let her know the check had cleared and if she could still refund my overdraft charges. Never recieved a call back. I went to a different branch on stabler lane and they were all very helpful and helped me right away with the fees.

I love my bank, the assistant manager Danny Borja helped me out so much right now. He got my account back into the positive and didn't charge me the fee for my temporary checks! This evacuation messed me up bad but he saved the day, now I can get a payday loan for gas to get to work tomorrow!! 😁😁💗💗

I worked for this Wells Fargo back in 2010 and it was the worse experience of my life as a career and banking there. They pretty much forced me to activate credit lines for customers that really didn't need it and went nuts on me when the customer counted their $4000. Wrong not me! The worst thing this company did was FIRE ME BECAUSE I TOLD THEM IM HIV POSITIVE, yep you read that right! I was moved to end of the teller line and disrespected by Ravindeer and Dee Dee (my supervisors). They still work there, Go in and ask them...msg me on Facebook n I'll tell u in live time how horrible that banking system and the people there!!(except Robert) Gave me nasty looks, threw away my inhaler right in front of me. When I disclosed they asked me to sign a piece of paper that probably said not to sue them. I will NEVER bank for someone so corrupt and wicked. Shame on you Wells Fargo I hope bad karma visits you three times fold!!!!

I been there couple times , almost every single staff member is very nice except one single punjabi MF . Whenever you gotta deal with him , you come home with a lot of anger and frustration. This Indian notary is sooo rude and doesn’t even know how to talk. These kind of people doesn’t even know that they are representing their community to public on some level. May be belong to indian SC/ST.

Door greeter was probably the best from this branch. The teller I had, I believe her name was Grecia, seemed to have no customer service. Thanks young lady, I will not be going to this one again.
