Wells Fargo Bank S Nogales Hwy, Green Valley

Wells Fargo, in every branch, other than one I dealt with in California, yrs ago, has always treated me with courtesy and in a professional manner. Always responds quickly, when dealing with issues I've had. Green Valley branches, have been especially pleasant to deal with.

We had a personal banker named Dean, who was opening a teen account for my daughter. And he was very unprofessional and was hitting on my 13 year old daughter, for some of the interaction. And he even made it a point to let us know he lived nearby us. Made us feel very uncomfortable and kept us there for an hour and 15 minutes. We wanted to just get out of there and didn’t try to stick around to speak to a manager.

Fantastic bank with awesome staff! Large bank benefits, but a team that makes their members feel special. Always a smile and warm welcome when you walk through the door. Glad to call them my bank!

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of the bank "personal bankers" at this branch. They have missed appointments with me, one personal banker was basically hitting on my son and asking my son to go on personal hiking trips with him! Another one told me to call the 800# to find out why my savings account was closed. I'll not go back there except to do business via the drive through. If I keep my account with Wells Fargo.

Tried to get a home loan through them. They had us on a merry go round for six months. They always needed one more thing, it was never ending. Finally we had them stop our loan process out of frustration. We started the loan process through the home builder and were in our house in three weeks lol. And To top things off, Wells Fargo had the nerve to send us a denial of loan letter due to credit score.

I would give this bank less than one star if I could. Worst customer service ever at a bank. I cannot believe they do not have a night drop for customers other than businesses.

Felt very discriminating when all the workers were staring at us because we were the only Hispanics here, they were watching us and used a very bleak tone with us and with other customers they were very enthusiastic with

Horrible service, always have to wait a long time in line. Not enough people to wait on customers. Too much chit chat.

I think the entire staff is amazing! Very helpful and quickly out. Thank you Sahuarita branch.
