    This bank is the worst, they’re slow unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would give them 0 stars but I had to hit something to leave a comment I guess lol. #stayaway I recommend Truist or Santander if your looking for good quality service.

    Horrible and worse Wells Fargo ever. I made an appointment, as soon as I walked to the door, they acted like they didn't want to serve me insisting that I was at the wrong location. Finally got in waited 20 minutes to be served, I gave the incompetent worker named Mohammed my paper work and he still told me they weren't the correct ones. He had no idea what he was doing and had to ask a coworker to show him how to do it. I've been customer for 7 years. I am highly disappointed of the incompetent people wellsfargo hire to represent them

    Kerry Ann the bank manager went above and beyond to help me out yesterday. She made up for the bad experience I had a week ago. This is my new favorite branch!

    Good customer service inside, but the parking lot is so small that it took me ten minutes to get to a parking spot because of the drive thru line.

    I have visited this bank on 3 separate occasions. Never got anything accomplished. I have gone to other branches and received excellent service and courtesy. The reps at this branch, ask questions and don't listen to the response. At the end of the day, they aren't helpful. Unprofessional to say the least!!

    I rarely go inside but when I do the personnel is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The ATM machines are in service approximately 99% of the times that I have had to use them.

    This bank is one of the most slowest Wells Fargo in the tri state... they always have u waiting and nobody is ever prepared I hate this bank !!!!
