Wells Fargo Bank GA, Locust Grove

Have multiple accounts with wells fargo. Wife and mil went in last week without an appt to update who had access to mil checking. Was informed appts only, so made an appt. Went in today and got the account updated but they had a couple other things to do with the bank: 1. Mil lost both her debit and credit cards .. they were told that they had to call the lost card number for replacements. 2. Also had a power of attorney that needed to be notarized. Have had this done in a bank in the past but they were told that wf could not do it. Not impressed with this level of service for going into a branch... hope the moderator can shed some light on this...

This branch is crazy. All Jason V does is sweet talk all the women that he’s attracted to and plan who his next victim will be. He never mentions that he’s married with several kids from different women and He gets all these women pregnant and does not care for his children…. This job is just a location for him to pick his victims… absolutely horrible speaking from experience

The best service I've ever got at a bank. The manager is ever-present and very friendly. I've dealt with 3-4 other employees since we opened an account with them, and everyone is always very accommodating and welcoming. Great location, will be doing business with them for years to come. I rarely write reviews, but had really a feedback-worthy experience.

Just spoke to who I believe she said we Yvonne in the branch. She was EXTREMELY rude and short, kept cutting me off to tell me to call the 1800 number. They have such terrible customer service in there. I only go in if I absolutely have to. They only got two stars because it's up the street from my house.

This bank keep us waiting along time and then told us they would call us back and never returned the call once I gave them my number and the manger did not return my call

By far the worst banking institution for small business! They are not trained in business opportunities and extremely lazy in every aspect of finances! Take your money anywhere but here!

The absolute worst branch. Make multiple trips to accomplish one task. The people in the branch have no clue how to do the simplest task. I am changing to a federal credit union, or a different branch. UNBELIEVABLE HOW BAD service is at this branch.

This location has the worst customer service in the area. When you ask them for something the answer is always NO... Save your yourself the trouble and go to Eagles landing instead. Or another bank that cares about there customers because it's definitely not this one.

The worst service on the planet!!!!! if you want your money withheld without any reason come to this bank they will bother you at extreme levels and waste your time! and as if that were not enough nobody will be responsible
