    I am required to come here for my work to make deposits and its ALWAYS a 20 minute minimum wait. Today I went in and stood in the "normal customer" line and the manager MADE me stand in the "merchant" line because if the normal customer line was faster, "you would be cutting the the other merchant who was waiting before you". The manager then had a teller open just for me and had me cut others who came in before me confusing the actual heck outta me. She actually had me shaking at the exchange. The tellers are almost always polite and nice but the wait time here is ALWAYS RIDICULOUS. Too many employee's greeting you at the door and telling you where to stand rather than working the windows. And this exchange was wildly unnecessary.

    I have banked with Wells Fargo for nearly 20 years. I have always been pleased with their service. The tellers are courteous and patient. I see no reason to ever change banks. I am satisfied.

    Too slow, the workers. Waste time talking to the customer unrelated to work, that Lissette was so rude, she didn’t let me finish talking to her about what I needed help with.

    I met with an account representative who was helpful and answered my personal questions in a respectful way. She was warm and non judgmental of my situation. She was genuinely concerned for my safety and banking needs. That's why I have 3 accounts with that bank and use them in the future. Ty Patty.

    I've banked with Wells Fargo since 2005. They have always provided great customer service. They've helped me with all my banking needs & resolved any issue I've ever had with my accounts- including alerting me when someone tried to fraudulently use my cards. They resolved the issues without any charge to me & got me through a stressful situation as quickly & easily as possible. I trust in Wells Fargo & their employees.

    This is a busy branch, but the staff does everything in their means to accommodate their customers. I highly recommend scheduling appointments online as I did on Friday. The manager, Patty, called me to confirm our appointment and asked me to speak with her personally when I arrived. She also informed me of additional documentation I should bring for our appointment. When I arrived, Patty was very pleasant, asked if I needed any refreshments. She then introduced me to Alex who did a great job of taking care of my account. Both served me and did not try to sell me. As long as this type of service continues, they will have my business forever.

    I visited Napa branch Jefferson street. talked to the lady manager and if I could request some new $20 and new $50 bills for Christmas holiday. The lady manager said, " yes " we can save you the new bills and she asked my name/phone #. She told me by two weeks we should be getting some new bills. I visited again three weeks later hoping they didn't forget about me and sure enough the lady manager was not available and talked to a gentleman manager about the new bills. he told me " were not gonna gets some new bills this year " or stop by anytime hopefully we might get some new bills. what a waist of time, been member for 25 years and I don't request a lot. no communication to all managers. very disappointment. if maybe I have six digit money in the bank the story will be different.

    Went in to deposit a big check, and was very disturbed by my interaction. Needed 3 people to help then the “banker” came to help was very quick and rude and not able to explain or work with me on my project. Great bank but that one banker should have her helping hands on not her accusation hat. Went in to deposit a check and left with -$5000 in my bank account? Hmmm

    They don't know how to communicate with customers if you don't speak Spanish they don't really wanna help you worst place I've ever been to in my life will never get a loan to get another vehicle from this place because it's a crapy bank in the world
