Came in an hour before close to cash an old treasury savings bond. Gabriela and a branch supervisor were able to help me in a timely manner on an uncommon issue. Great customer service!

My first time visiting Wells Fargo bank, the clerk lady " Lisianna " was extremely helpful and explained everything from A to z , had to wait for up to 20 minutes though as it was crowded and packed with customers, overall a pleasant experience and i will definitely visit this branch again .A+

This branch is the best one. epical thank to the banker Rebeca, she is very young, but very professional and positive. I went yesterday to the bank, and I was very disappointed from the Natomas branch and so frustrated, even I was thinking to call the manager and write a bad review about how there not enough experience and not helpful at all. Bout the manager for this branch was so understanding and helpful, plus Rebeca was the best. Thank you so much, the wells Fargo is lucky to have a great employee like you. When I closed my account they charged me all my waved fees equaling out to $500 after I was in good standing w them. I say be careful. Each to there own i guess

Always a long line, They need to hire more people

Have a checking account there and my job's account is through them and I still couldn't cash my work check! Manager said they couldn't verify (their own) account... makes no sense. Never going there again
