This was a horrible experience. I came in to deposit multiple deposits from my business. I had more than usual due to a change in management. I already had deposit slips filled out and had all the bills counted and faced. I was told they could help me but could only deposit a few at a time and would have to help other customers in between finishing mine. It was the manager I believe named Paulina, who made this decision. Even though I thought that was strange I agreed. After the teller deposited about 4 of mine, I stepped aside to let them get through the line. After waiting 15 minutes for the line to go down, I was told they wouldn’t be able to finish my deposits for 40 minutes. So I could either wait or come back later. There were 2 other customers in the building…..I chose to come back later as I had other things to take care of. When I came back an hour and a half later Harolyn was amazing and finished the rest of my deposits. I could see the manager glaring at me the entire time. This is an awful way to do business. 10/10 do not recommend.

I was there today to check my credit score. One of the ladies told me I have to check it with credit agency, while I told her I have Wells Fargo credit card than she said okay than I have take an appointment and come later while she was sitting there and chatting with one of her colleague.

The people at their local branch are nice but the bank's policies make it almost impossible to deal with them. I have been a 20 year customer, maintaining at least $50K deposit and have always been a great customer of WF with a credit rating of about 800. Through the years, WF have tried to send me their credit card that I've never applied for and never needed. Then recently, when I try to apply for a credit card with a minimal credit line(for convenience, not for necessity), I got denied! This even amazed my banker who is familiar with me. Then I just turned around and applied for one at Chase and was accepted instantly as expected. Another time that I applied for a small equity loan line of credit on the house that I own 100%, I was also turned down. This bank wants you to borrow money when you don't want it, and if you want it, you'd never get it. After some 20 years of relationship, I think I'd have fared far better with another bank.

I was informed that the check I wrote out was stolen. I came to this office to block the check and find out what to do next. The woman gave me a business card and told me to call there. or did it online. I need help here and now and not call the hotline for an hour

The bank was good until my mom ordered a new credit and debit card because of name change. First they sent the card to the wrong address. Then they sent it but a week later they say that they didn't. Now mom has to wait another three days for the cards! It has already been two weeks since the first order! Something is wrong, either the person who helped my mom didn't do her job properly or the bank's system is faulty.

Some bankers there are nice. But something is wrong with this branch/banking system. Twice, the checkbook was ordered, but they were not delivered. Set up an account for one of my clients, the client was there to present all documents needed and was told it was good to go. Then one day when the client was going to deposit in another branch, the client suddenly was informed that the account is closed. I had to spend extra time to go with client to the branch, for some ridiculous reason that even the banker couldn't explain clearly. The client is a not-for-profit organization. I suggested them to not waste any time and go to other bank. The only reason I used this bank is because it is close to where I live. They probably have many high profile customers in Gold River area, they don't care to service more.

I called them to reschedule my appointment the lady on phone telling me that I can not do that, go to your account rescheduled it! Is that how you should help your customers? If I knew I can do that why should I have called you.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I just finished having one of the WORST banking experiences of my life. The “service manager” Paulina Rosales is a JOKE. She is by far the rudest individual I’ve ever encountered in any service industry. She lacks knowledge and won’t back up the verbiage she speaks. The charges they was to impose are comical and the explanation from Paulina was non existent. My family has a business account and Paulina was more worried about her work friendships and if I could be “potentially recording her” to actually help with the issue. I wouldn’t wish Paulina on my worst enemies. And to think I was opening a new account, glad I didn’t. Thanks Paulina, because of you my opinion of Wells Fargo is tarnished. You do a great job.

The staff is nice, but the bank system itself sucks. I have been a member for 7 years, since I was 15, and I have had a few problems every so often where I get an unjust charge with no refund when I go talk to them about it. I have made changes over the years to the way my account is set up only to find out that when their system is reset all my changes go back to default. The only thing I like is most of my checks are for wells fargo so they deposit immediately, the staff is personable, and you don't have to wait in long lines like other banks. I just use this bank for savings without checkings because of the problems that occur and have direct deposits every month for a free account. It is a good side bank. However be careful about setting up your account, look into the whole HSFC scandal. They should be doing things better and more legal however W.F. is known to be shady

Prepare to wait a veryyyyyyyyy long time. It’s Monday?!? Busiest day at the bank. How is there not more people working?? Even with Covid the busy days should schedule more people to work.
