    Horrible customer service specially in the business side. They would open an account quickly, but when there is a problem they do not help. Also they promise no fees and then they change fees. Even when you bring up The. Issue they promise to stop the fees and they continue to charge. They claim it is an error but then they do not fix it despite multiple calls and visits. It is the Wells Fargo scam to take money from You. Banks are not to be trusted and this one is the extreme and worst of all. It is incredible despite my long term Relationship. Go to online bank. No sense in these. The service is zero.

    I have never had any bad experiences with any WellsFargo Branch until today. This branch has terrible customer service. Every Friday I deposit a business check and I normally cash it and then deposit it so my staff can cash their checks and I have never had any issues with that until today. Destiny was my teller and told me they couldn’t cash it, they can only deposit, but that’s not the point, it’s the fact that I told Destiny that it needs to be approved by a manager so when she comes to talk to me, Morgan the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to explain to her that I bring that check every Friday to several branches including this one and she left me with the words in my mouth and I front of my daughter. I have never been treated like that from WellsFargo and it won’t happen again because I will be changing banks including my family. It would’ve been a better experience if she would’ve said I apologize but our system is not letting us or something like that. It won’t surprise me that this Morgan girl has gotten complaints before from other customers. Sad and I know she wouldn’t like if someone treated her like that.

    Tried to come here today to open a joint checking account and there were no other customers in the building. We were told we would have to make an appointment… they were closing in 20 minutes and didn’t want to start any more work. Nice…

    Today 04-18-2022 we come to get a credit card and wait about 10 to 15 minutes so that later they tell us that since the bank had already closed they were not going to assist us and that we had to make an appointment for the next day to go staff so negligent and rude

    I went to the branch a few weeks ago and masks were no longer required. Today they required me to wear a mask, even though the state and the county no longer have mask mandates. I was told because I might give them covid. Really? I'm not sure how it could be spread through the bullet proof glass. I was not impressed with the way things were handled, and I won't be going to this particular branch again.

    My daughter and I came in and honestly out of all the Wells Fargo’s I’ve been to in the last 10 + years, Ms Guillermina gave us the best service we’ve had. Thank you for being so helpful and kind to my little one and me!

    worst customer service ever. Do not go here!! ATM ATE my credit card. Staff laughed and shrugged their shoulders and could care less. Conacted Sue McMullen from headquarters...and she did absolutely nothing but say "we wrote a report"...well how's that help me being an hour away from my bank with no debit card...and no assistance from your branch manager as well. What a total waste of time, energy and air talking to these people.

    I've used this location for many different things... basic check cashing and all the other "standard" activities, as well as notary services, line of credit, loans, etc., and I've always had exceptional service. Even though they're in one of the more popular areas of The Woodlands, we've always been able to find a parking spot, although I could see where parking could be difficult during peak hours. Excellent staff, quick and accurate services -- great people.

    The way this branch is set up is not convenient at all they have the drive up atm in the same lane as the commercial lane so if you're trying to hurry and grab some cash you have to wait forever for them to complete their transaction and it's raining today the walk up atm is on the other side of the building but you can't get to that side unless you go through the motor bank Lanes unless you park in the next parking lot over. Makes absolutely no sense at all 😡

    DO NOT GO HERE!!! I tried to get my money out with my debit card and passport and they WOULD NOT LET ME GET IT!! The first time i went with just my debit card and the teller told me I need to get a form of ID and I specifically asked if my passport would work and she told me yes. I drove home and back to the bank and the assistant manager told me I don't understand banking code and he is done discussing it with me. They froze my account and wouldn't let me take out any money until I came back with a driver's license (which I lost). I then went to the panther creek location and with my card and my passport they were able to get me a temporary card and let me withdraw money.
