Very disappointed with the bank tellers at this location in East Brunswick. The bank opens at 9:00 am on Saturdays. I was at drive through today, Saturday at 9:07 am for quick deposit, but it was closed even I saw staff inside through the window and they saw me too. Anyway, I went inside. There was one person with teller, another person in front of me in line. Wait time was not appropriate for 2 tellers, longer than 15-20 minutes. No greetings from bank tellers, no acknowledge that we are waiting, nothing, no apologies for wait time. Waited about 15 minutes, but couldn’t wait longer, my work starts at 9:30 am. I am upset, I waisted my time and couldn’t make a deposit. Wouldn’t recommend this branch.

The manager and whoever worked on Saturday morning had a terrible attitude and rude behavior to the customer. NOW WHAT, NOW WHAT. MAKING FACES. That's not how you treat your customer. I have had an account with Wells Fargo for the last five years but never received service like this. I will never visit this place ever.

Not the first time I’m getting service there but every time it’s getting worse today was the final 45 minutes to get certified check & leaving without it printer is not working

Visiting from another state- Took money out from ATM- dispensed all 20’s went to counter to change to larger bills and teller won’t do it cause I don’t have an account with them even the money came from their own ATM machine. Staff not helpful at all! Poor customer service! Wells Fargo have a customer service training with your staff!
