My husband and I, are so over wells fargo! They do not flag any outcoming payments! My husband's account keeps getting hacked and money keeps coming out and wells fargo takes their sweet time to return the money. We have bills to pay and children to feed! We do not have the financial resources to be playing their games with their terrible banking system! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bank here at any cost! I would give them zero stars if possible! I have heard about their terrible banking in the past so i figured it would be resolved by now but I guess not!

This branch is SO slow - you better plan on spending 3 times longer than normal to get your banking done. And it’s ALWAYS like that. Yesterday I went in and waited 30 minutes to make a simple deposit. There were only two tellers and when I left, there was literally a line of people out the door into the parking lot waiting to do some banking business. Completely ridiculous. Cherry little manager person wanted to say hello and ask how everybody was. When I replied “late, and not happy it’s taking this long to make a simple deposit” Her response was “well it was slow an hour ago”. I guess that was supposed to make me feel better. It didn’t. If they really cared about customer service the way they tell us they do, and they would hire enough staff to make sure their customers are not completely inconvenienced every time they go in that bank. I thought they were supposed to be there for our convenience. I didn’t realize we were supposed to adjust our schedules spend a lot of our time being convenient for them. How about instead of having a Wal-Mart greeter giving a useless “welcome to Wells Fargo” greeting,, we have our chipper greeter get behind the counter and do some transactions????

The manager is a perfect woman but the staff is awful they are very lazy and don’t care about their customers needs . They need to pay more attention to their customers .

People were friendly but took my business account elsewhere. It was almost impossible to set up. Was told I could do it online and you can't so gave up after over a month of trying. Person that was "helping" me online wasn't helpful and soon stopped answering my calls or returning messages, same with this branch. They kept telling me "you can just do it online" anytime I tried. However the family has been using this as our personal bank for years and they helped us every and any way possible.

They’re all courteous, and service is prompt. I had unauthorized transaction with my card done during midnight, they got it reversed and changed my card right away. Had my appointment, and they attended to us right away, not waited outside for long hours. As long as you have the right ID or doc with you when you visit, you’ll get your thing done. Only issue is ordering check online, limited quantity to choose from and no option for pickup.

I had the most pleasant experience with Eunnice today opening up an estate account. I’ve been dealing with awful customer service for almost two years trying to settle my fiancé that passed away affairs. Today I met the most helpful and kind person I’ve ran across since then. On a rather chilly day with lines starting to wrap around i saw something id never seen before. Management helping speed things up! Passing out deposit slips and helping in general in stead of hiding behind a desk, shes outside in the chilly air. This was 4-2-2021. Day after the cold snap. Also ive been banking here for 7 years and Pat has been a name i hear over the drive thru intercom alot. She does great work. Always there. And always a friendly face.

Slowest branch I have ever visited. Not at all efficient. No other branches near our home so looking for a new bank where my time is valued. Run down and dirty appearance as well. Would not recommend. I waited thirty minutes and the lanes weren't taken in order. Nine or ten cars that arrived after me left before I was taken care of. Then, the teller issued me a receipt for only ten percent of my deposit and we had to start over!

I made several calls to this branch. Not one answer. Keeps saying all bankers are currently helping others. Try my call again later. Really. So in a 45 min period Wells Fargo branch on Fairfield couldn't answer there calls...? Or they force you to drive down here like I did. Only one phone was being used. So I tryed my call again from inside and got the same response. Unbelievable.
