The entire branch is run by a bunch of incompetent people. Close down this joke of a branch and fire all of them. They should not be working in this industry. Makes me want to end my 20+ years of relationship with Wells Fargo because of this location. I am thinking of emailing the CEO of Wells Fargo about this location to see what he thinks.

Unfortunately I have to go to this branch because the Cliffside Park one has been closed for months. I usually use the drive-through as it is convenient. I do cash deposits for my boss and almost every time there is money missing in the change. Whether it is 2, 10 or 75 cents it is money missing from the bag I am responsible for. One day I was missing $1, I had to park my car go around the building to let them know. It was 5:01 pm so they wouldn't let me in to explain, they called someone, I had to tell the story again and after a few minutes she brought the one dollar bill to the door, no apology, nothing else. It is very upseting.

This branch is just horrible.I tried contacting them for five days and never once did they answer the phone! Finally, called the general Wells Fargo 800 number , who told me that I need to contact the branch..Vicious-cycle..finally went to the branch, only to be told I have to make an appt! They are understaffed..one desk rep at the branch said she would help, but stayed on her phone for 35 mins..couldn’t care less that my 93 yr old parent and me waited with no help.Finally, the other desk rep was free, but asked him for help..he said he wasn’t available either. Yet, he decided to check his personal cell phone. Sadly, I had to bother the drive up teller who,at least ,helped a bit. Far cry from customer satisfaction..Zero star would be more appropriate.;(

Someone should really look into this bank. Get a new Regional manager, branch manager, or bank personnel period.. This bank on 67th and Bergenline has to be the worst. Always a long line, always one teller, very disorganized. After waiting outside 45 minutes a security guard decides to come out and say no tellers now.. What is that? Take care of the people that were on line before you decide to close for the day. No tellers at 11am? Horrible banking..

This bank, and I assure you it is not just exclusive to this Wells Fargo location, was horrendous. Absolutely awful customer service and overall experience. None of these branches are well versed on the overall policy of the bank, and as a result they make it impossible for me to do business. The banker I spoke with, AURA RODRIGUEZ, was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I was explaining to her that I wanted to add someone who was in their local Wells Fargo branch to an account. She told me this couldn't be done because we weren't physically together. I have done this multiple times and it has never been an issue. After I disagreed with her she became furious, told me to stop "giving her attitude", berated and yelled at me in the bank, and was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was disgusting and classes. I highly recommend that no one works with this "business specialist" AURA RODRIGUEZ. Very uneducated and rude woman. Wells Fargo has lost my business after today....

Horrible. They have cut staff which means that there is very often a long line forced to wait outside. The pandemic is an excuse for a time, but we are almost a year into this. Worse, when they post "special hours" for the drive thru on the web site, you expect them to respect the schedule, but they don't.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this branch. Their customer satisfaction is non-existent. I went there a couple of weeks ago for just a last name change and they refused to do it, even when I provided my driver's licence and Social security card. Due to a minimal error on a date in my marriage certificate. I ended up going to another branch in Union City and they did it for me with no problems. This branch should be reevaluated, the manager was more worried about chatting with the rest of the employees than to help out a customer. and the customer service rep. was simply not pleasant to deal with. I will never go to this branch again.

The worst. Customer service is non existent. I think they fired the security guard that oversaw the parking lot. People are double-parkedand you can't get to the drive thru. This is a security concern. Anyone can attempt anything. Thus is only at this branch. I've gone to the other WF branches and is fine.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Twice I have had a terrible experience at this branch. Customer service is non-existent. Thankfully, the branch on 22nd & Bergenline was open. Was able to get the help I needed there in no time at all. Go to the Union City location instead!
