    An unknown party stole my identity and opened a fraudulent Wells Fargo account on their website. Despite using a fake license #, they were successfully able to open the account and set up online banking. Wells needs to do a better job of screening new account applications that are opened using incorrect license numbers. I worked in the online new account department at another FI, and know a thing or two about fraud and the flags that should be raised when an incorrect ID is used. I’m very surprised a lucrative Institution like Wells does not have safeguards in place to prevent this from happening. I caught the fraud right away, and was able to shut the account down before either Wells or myself experienced a loss, however most people experiencing identity theft will not be this lucky. Do better WF.

    The worst bank ever. I would suggest never doing business here, you can’t get in to do anything, they never answer the phone and they’re just flat out rude. I’m not going to email your silly hr portal or whatever just know your employees and management are garbage and you should do better Wells. Open your lobbys, answer your phone and be courteous. It’s not hard! Jerks.

    Let me start by saying I do not have an account at this bank. However, I was written a check from an account here, and went to cash the check. I was told that there was a $7.50 Fee to simply cash the check. When I asked why, I was told that the account owner didn't pay the fee to keep people from having to pay to cash the checks. This is simply bad business on the part of Wells Fargo. Banks made around $30 Billion dollars in overdraft fees ALONE in 2020, and Wells Fargo was one of the banks to refuse to waive them for people in need. This is just another way to milk people for a service that should be provided. The account holder has the money in the bank and has written a check. It should not be on the account holder or person cashing the check to pay a fee for that transaction. It's just another way for banks to prey on people. Steer clear of this bank if you can. Find a locally owned bank that isn't going to gouge for fees.

    Wanted to say I been Banking with Wells Fargo for 15 years plus and had the best guest experience I ever had with the Branch Manager Vicki Davenport she was short staffed and still helped me with a very important matter on my account and made it happen extremely awesome client service once again Thank you Gloria Wiant.

    Randomly stopped in to ask about an issue with a checking accout set up. Branch is VERY short handed, but the manager, Vickie, asked if she could help. She only had a few minutes but stopped to help anyway. And after a few minutes and some finger tapping on the keyboard, a NEW and greatly needed account was OPEN!!! Times are STRESSFUL to say the LEAST, but she lightened the situation and we even had a few LAUGHS!!! THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE WITH THE SITUATION, YOUR A TRUE ASSET TO WELLS FARGO!!

    The quality of service has fallen off at this branch ever since the previous manager left he was so wonderful an gracious he even spoke Spanish an took time out of his day to welcome all the Spanish speaking customers in Spanish. The new manager your lucky to get a hello when you enter. An the other manager depending on her mood decides if she wants to cash your check or not Eduardo always took excellent care of everyone as well and everyone knows him just a wonder young man. I guess I’m not the only one feeling this way about this branch the reviews in the last year speaks for itself how much their care about the customers has fallen off.

    Hand written note on the door stating that the bank is closed due to a lack of workers. Called the other branch in town 3 times and no ones picks up. Called the 1800 number and the individual stated that all branches are open. The person at the 1800 number did not give any impression of wanting to help resolve the issue of FINDING A WELLS FARGO THAT IS OPEN. Who would have thought that finding a bank open during normal business hours would be so difficult.

    Need an appointment to have notary services done. Something that takes someone less than 5 minutes to stamp my paper and write in their little book. Wells Fargo and other companies are milking this covid situation. Trying to call back to schedule an appointment to close my accounts but no surprise after 10 failed attempts nobody will answer their phone. Screw you Wells Fargo

    I had my taxes done thru Liberty Tax. My return was placed on a netspend card. The card plainly has liberty tax name on it. This bank literally locked my card up for cash advance for 24 hours cause they tried to charge me a few that they agreed to waive.

    Impersonal, would not let us in thru the lobby appointments even after we told them our transactions was over 6 figures. Made us go thru the drive thru where they could not hear me unless I told the driver and he relayed the information. After probably 20+ Years and 2 mortgages and currently shopping for a 3rd, I am done with with this bank because of this branch..WOW... I feel I was very specific in my review, but apparently that's not enough. Now they want me to do yet another step and email someone else. This is probably why nothing is ever resolved and why the branch has such a poor rating. Going to the Credit Union is much simpler.
