    I would leave 0 stars if I could. My husband went to deposit a check this morning. He wasn't trying to cash it, just deposit it. This is a $5,000 check from a multi-billion dollar trucking company as compensation for their driver wrecking my husband's car. These people acted like he had a fake or stolen check and after having him sit at the bank for 40+ minutes refused to deposit it. I definitely feel like my husband was racially profiled. Clearly they don't value his business.

    I was so disappointed with my customer service experience with this branch. There were three employees working in the offices and two tellers I appreciate the tellers speaking but that was it, as far as showing any kind of customer service. I sat in lobby for 20 minutes without one office employee asking what I needed help with. It wasn't until one of the employees got up from her desk that I asked her was she the only one available, she already had a customer, she said she was because the other two in the office were in a work meeting. Seriously I would think having your customers waiting and seeing them leave and receiving no service would be your first priority. Very disappointing.......

    Customer service training would be appropriate here. Anyone notice that all of the positive reviews are from staff members? Maybe they should stay there alone. Do yourselves a favor and visit another branch or another bank altogether.

    I went into the branch feeling very weak from a medical condition, for a simple transaction. The racism at this branch is so high that Arnette called me a racial slur, denied my transaction and got the support of Anthony Arnone, branch manager, who made it clear that if I was too weak and in too much pain to smile in his face and beg him to let the transaction go through, then he was going to laugh in my face and tell Arnette, Do whatever you want.” I’m disappointed. These are representatives of a national bank.

    This is the worst group of people I have ever run into. Either Wells Fargo does not evaluate its workers at all, or Wells Fargo doesn’t need customers. These people are as comfortable insulting clients at work as they would be in their own living room.

    Why do the people in this branch think it’s okay to be disrespectful to customers? I walked out after seeing the teller call a customer the N word. The manager, Anthony, was laughing as she said it.

    This is the worst branch office in the system!!! I almost closed my accounts that we have had for 33 years. The teller LAUGHED in my sons face when she refused to cash my check from Wells to my son (with proper ID, etc) *

    I called to ask what hours they had due to Covid and this lady just hung up on me after I asked. I called back and she had a MAJOR attitude and sounded like she was just over it. Wouldn’t do my banking here if I were you.
