    The Lady cashing my check was very rude. I guess they figure if you don't have an account with them they don't have time for you. Also have 2 forms of Picture I.D. a standard Ga. Drivers License will not surfice for identity verification.

    I was a victim of debit card fraud today and Wells Fargo was on top of it. Not only did they decline the fraudulent transaction, they stepped into motion and notified me right away. I was able to cancel my debit card and walk right into the bank for a temporary card. I am beyond impressed with my experience today. Sulma Martinez was very helpful, understanding and supportive. Thank you Wells Fargo for your prompt service!

    Always have been given excellent service from this branch the whole crew is amazing they saw that I was just coming in and he got in line with a file of many papers. Ask me if they could help I said yes explain my situation that I had my new driver's license with a new number and was ready to complete the paperwork that was needed for the fraud that was committed using my debit card number They took care of everything and I do mean everything I was in and out and under 4 minutes. no I was not treated like cattle no I was not given a number to wait in line and no negative review here. It was a bit crowded however it was a Friday afternoon. the following Friday I just got in the Drive-Thru easy peasy right through I went 3 cars in line a head was in and out of there with traffic within 6 -7 minutes now you can say either that's just luck or everyone had their act together and knew what they were there for and there were no glitches no hang ups. Love it one time is on your side Keep it up WF... I so appreciate you

    Although as an institution, I do feel that Wells Fargo has not met professional standards at times, this branch staff is wonderful. The cashier, a beautiful African-American woman, had the most sweet spirit and professionalism, and was able to concisely and directly help me with my transaction and do it speedily. Also, the staff is so diverse, and you can tell that each member was trained to be excellent in their role. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Wells Fargo, and I’m so grateful it was this one.

    I needed to cash my payroll check here without an account. My personal bank account is new and funds wouldn't have been available until the next day. The teller was very nice and cashed my check.

    Great experience here. No waiting to see an account manager, very prompt & nice. And the branch manager personally came over to greet me & shake my hand & introduce herself. Wow! NEVER had that happen in a bank before. Glad I chose them. I use the app regularly to check my balance; it's simple to use.

    I have been a Wells Fargo business customer for 6 months. I deposit cash and coins. I was promised NO fees for the cash deposits or coins. Two months ago I began being charged for the monthly cash deposits. Nothing the Oakwood Manager can do. OK. That's not what Frances, Senior Account Manager told me, but ok. Today at the Brown Bridge branch, the "Manager" refused to take my $1000 quarter bag deposit...along with my cash deposit. This was after waiting in line 15 minutes. The exact same manager had deposited my bag of quarters last week!. She was very rude. She should have pulled me aside for this discussion. There were at least 15 customers in line. And yes, she was on the receiving end of a few choice words. She also followed me out the door and told me she was closing my account. Wow. Don't have to worry about that because I will be banking elsewhere.

    Covid is almost over. Keep your drive thru lanes open and stop causing customers to have to line up out in the road!

    I gave Wells Fargo alone 3 stars , not just this one bank because they need to open up at least one more branch on Saturday, it like sitting in rush hour traffic on a Friday afternoon!!! Can't get into the parking lot , sitting in line forever because this is the only Wells Fargo out of the three in Gainesville that is open !!
