    I needed to take care of some financial transactions. With the particular transactions that I needed to do, I needed to talk with an advisor. So I called and made an appointment. Come the day of my appointment, I called to see how long the appointment would be because I needed to be somewhere right after. The person I spoke to said it'd take about an hour and said I could come in 10/15 min early if need be. This was great, so I arrived 10 min early and could be seen right away. The branch manager, Alan, helped me right when I arrived. He went over everything very Thoroughly, and he answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back to work with Alan with my future financial needs. I also was able to leave with the timeframe and made it on time to my next destination! It

    I agree with the other customer's comment regarding if your first language is English, and the lack of diversity with Wells Fargo employees. This branch only seems to cater to and hire Mexicans along with other branches as well. It is extremely rude to cater to one language, which is Spanish, instead of having diversity. That is why I no longer bank with Wells Fargo, not to mention their poor service. Everyone, trust me Chase is a much better option, every since I switched I've had the best experience!

    I always have a positive experience as a customer and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work ! Also, why is it that Europeans are not hung up on just speaking 1 language? Yes, we should speak English, but there was a recent study that bilingual people use their brain more. Let's get on the Rosetta Stone or Babble people!!! I know that I earn more money because I speak 4 languages. Gracias!

    Wells fargo normally great customer service.. not here. Asked if they could find some way to help me clear a check issued by my direct deposit enrolled employer. Told me no way to do it, I would have to wait 7 days. What's sad is they had the power to help me and they refused after several attempts of me asking nicely. How do I know they could've helped me out and didnt?? Went down the street to a more "upscale" wells fargo branch. Told them the same story and they went completely out of their way to help me clear that check overnight!!!! Wells fargo get you branches on the same page! This is sad, I'm mad but happy at the same time? Haha

    I get child support checks and I don't have a second id but they allow me to use my ebt card as a secondary, I love how nice they're and respect they're towards me when I go in. They don't make me feel any less then others. Thank you guys keep it up.

    If your 1st Language is English please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH. Highly incompetent at any problem solving defensive combative and dismissive. Their Anti Customer attitude is manifested by their reckless abandon. The Manager is lazy just prances around with a stupid stoic expression on a power trip. And they are constantly hustling you to open accounts with them. That's their preferred way of problem solving. I have been a Wells Fargo Customer from 2008 and I have never seen anything like this. I had an instance that instead of trying to assist me the Manager I believe Laticia put an account alert as her way of resolve which was overriden with an apology from the Long Beach Branch on Ocean. My checks were deposited with instructions to return for a restructuring of my account. How rude and malicious of that Manager at Sepulveda Branch Torrance. They can keep their dreadful branch.

    No stars for this bank. How do you go from full service to service by appointment. And I'm now here at the door and a staff employee just said they are close till December. I told her they should update the post on the doors.

    How do you have only 2 bank tellers but with so many teller windows so ridiculous that customers have to wait in such a long line because they only wanna have 2 tellers help people

    Worst service I’ve ever had! The lady checking people in was very racist and didn’t want me to do anything even though I could telling me there’s no Wi-Fi even though it says it has Wi-Fi and everything else! Very bad business
