Wells Fargo don’t want regular customers, it is a business bank. If you live on the island consider one of the other banks.

Just moved to the area recently, I live about an hour away from the closest branch. So this branch is the closest to me. I’ve been there TWICE now and the tellers inside do not know how to count money. My first experience I was shorted $1000 after the teller did not count my money back to me to begin with, didn’t call me or stop me on my way out to notify me of the issue. Got home an had to drive all the way back out to the island an get it fixed. The second time the guy teller was rude when I asked him to count my money back to me and HE almost shorted me money as well. Why is it so hard to hire people that know how to count. It’s a bank, it’s literally their job to know how to count.

I was at Wells Fargo branch near the circle on Frederica Road. I went to the drive through window and the transaction was taking an inordinately long time with the teller not at the window. Having waited so long I ended up desperately having to use the restroom so I went inside and asked the drive through window teller, who was now inside at the front teller area, if I could use the restroom there and he replied "NO". I asked again indicating that the transaction has been taking so long that I now desperately needed to use the restroom and he again said "NO". I had to leave immediately to get to a restroom and had to leave my drivers license there as there was not a moment to spare in finding a restroom even though they had one there at WELLS FARGO. I also bank at three other banks within a mile of that bank and all of them are customer focused enough to have a restroom available for their customers BUT NOT WELLS FARGO. When I returned to the bank to pick up my drivers license the teller that was supposed to have helped me earlier was ACTUALLY RUDE TO ME. I have banked here for twenty years, at times with a balance of over $100,000, and this is what I get??? Well WELLS FARGO NO MORE! Closing accounts tomorrow, moving safe deposit box, and terminating my visa card with them. I don't need to do business with a bank like that. I know Wells Fargo is in a period of trying to rebuild customer trust after being caught doing less than ethical business and exposed in the press for it but they no longer have mine.

Dwain Walcott, the branch manager, is one of the most pleasant banking experiences I have ever had. He is not only polite, but also extremely caring about his bank clients. He helped me out of a bad situation, and for that I can not thank him enough. We need more people like Dwain on earth.

Bank only bank closed on island with no help for customers as far as I know Drive through open only. After 20min no car in front of me had moved. I left! All the banks neighbors are open on this shopping strip & all around. This is irresponsible & customer be damned.

Ive been banking with Wells fargo for years and keep a large amount of money in the bank. Today I went to take a hoard of quarters( $350 worth) into the branch to exchange for paper. I was told they dont take loose change and could go to the coinstar down the road. Poor customer service. Why do I continue to bank here, what if my business is a coin operated laundry mat, vending route or carwash? Is my money not good enough wells fargo?
