    This bank location ATM NEVER works is always, " cash deposit currently unavailable," or can't withdraw...if is a Holiday save gas and don't stop here because is 100% is not going to be working. If is after 8 p.m same thing find another location. Or just don't waste your gas and go to another location cause it NEVER WORKS.

    Maybe if quit worrying bout my weekend, money won't be misplaced and cost me the 10 minutes I had to get breakfast.... just count the money. Everybody don't care for the small talk. Some people goal is to be in and out , as quickly as possible

    I HATE this location so much and I hate that this is the only one closes to my house. My sister has BOA and she never has all these issues with their ATMs. I had to make a deposit and one ATM was turned off and the other one said deposits weren’t being accepted (which seems to be the same issue every week). I drove to another WF bank only to find the same thing. What a waste of time! What’s the point of having ATMs that aren’t going to operate. THANKS A LOT WELLS FARGO! I wonder how many people feel the same way?

    I don’t ever go to this location, but today I had my worst experience with Wells Fargo, I’ve been deposing checks (more than 3) on drive through for years and today Rita refused to, she was so rude and said Wells Fargo has change, I don’t know since when cause I did last Friday. Even though, she was soooooo rude and for sure she has not been in a training of “How to treat the customers”.

    No signs posted that they have returned to normal operating procedures. IQ level of personnel is extremely low. Feels like the unemployment office rather than a bank. Closed my account. Just can't be around low class business peeps.

    BANKING LOYALTY DOESN’T MATTER! I’ve been a Wells Fargo Customer for > 20 years! We followed all the rules called in advance to make an appointment, showed up 15 minutes early for my 9am appointment to bad customer service. If your branch opens at 9 be ready to service customers at 9. We didn’t speak with anyone until well after 9! Then we found out that Alex was double booked! So instead of seeing how they could get us started they told us to wait. My husband was losing critical work hours WAITING!!! No consideration...no apologies. Note: I’m writing this review live while waiting to get serviced from our previously made appointment.

    Came in to get a simple daily task of getting a document notarized and got turned away because supposedly an appointment needs to be scheduled. Before stating you “think” no one is available and go check. Poor customer service. Credit union banks offer better service.

    Both ATMs are often not accepting deposits. VERY inconvenient.

    I must say I have had nothing but EXCELLENCE experienced besides the knowledgeable representative who help me NOT once but twice MICHAEL JONES regardless of how the branch was busy HE took the time and for every single customer he had " we all knew he was going to TAKE CARE OF US . He is a HUGE help with my refinancing . DEFINITELY coming back it my BRANCH now

    I had the worst banking experience ever on yesterday 3//10/2020 at the Wells Fargo on Floyd Road. My teller was Marie. My banking transaction was simple- cash a personal check from a Wells Fargo account. I am no longer a Wells Fargo account holder, so I provided two pieces of valid ID from two government agencies and I gave my thumb print. Marie acted as if I were on the FBI’s most wanted list. Keep in mind, that the person’s account that the check was written on has had an account open for over forty years. The bank associate felt the need to call the account holder’s home telephone to confirm that the check was valid. You know the telephone number no one answers. I then explained that I have cashed checks at multiple Wells Fargo locations on this account for years. The teller then decides to look up every transaction I have processed in the last year. She confirms this in I her system while I am standing in front of her. All of this happened at lunch hour on Tuesday 3/10/2020. The line behind me is continuing to grow. The public is now asking why the government is giving Wells Fargo such a hard time. You know- the class action lawsuits, the fraudulently opened accounts opened by WF employees, etc. I will tell you why- Because there are too many idiots working for their organization! Then I was told by another WF employee on my way out of the bank they have a large amount of fraud. Oh did I mention that I am African American and disabled. The teller is African American and the associate trying to confirm what happened on my way out of the bank is African American. Is this how we now treat each other as people of color? Many people of color are quick to state, “Trump is a racist!” Yet we as people of color cannot treat each other with dignity and respect on a simple banking transaction. Will Never Open A Wells Fargo Account
