How can I give Wells Fargo a zero stars? This bank is been horrible in the last 10 years, the employees have no training, there is no customer service, my appointment was not in the system or remove because the person was not there but I still received the email to be there on time , I also lost money. Never again Wells Fargo is the worse bank don't message me or reply telling me you are sorry we're done with this bank I open new accounts with fairwinds credit union.

This review is a general review for WellsFargo, not the location. Let us take out what we want from the atm. It’s such a inconvenience when you have to take out more than what is needed. If I want to take out 5$ from my bank I SHOULD be able too. Thanks.

Horrible I have a account and needed to open another i called to make a appointment amd nothing i ended up goimg in person after waiting more then 30 min some one came and said sorry we can't help you we are to busy but will have someone call you tomorrow that was 2 weeks ago i needed to make a huge deposit im closing both accounts and going to fairwinds

There is no customer service at this branch at least inside the bank I have not used the drive thru, there is no “ hello or good morning “ from the person on the floor and they have this rude teller named Karen G she acts like is so much work to process a payment and when I told her I had another payment to make she rolled her eyes this is my third time coming in person and I had to dealt with that rude employee twice this is way my accounts are in another bank! Karen, learn some basic customer service skills you need them!! Next time I will make a formal complaint!

Customer service Lady by the name of “Shy’Narris Hunter was rude and didn’t cared for my needs neither even gave me options to my specific needs as a customer! Spoke with Anthony customer service manager who was polite and said he was going to escalate this matter. Ms. Shy left me talking on my own and second of all came back with and attitude giving me her business card like to challenge me to complaint... how about showing your customers a better experience and explain the why of things like the other banker that helped me? Will love to talk to her direct report and explain her rudeness and lack of customer service!! Kudos to Ms. Nadia And Mr. Anthony who showed up differently than Ms. Shy!

The times that I entered the bank I was lying well! but the ATM machines always have problems and almost never want to take deposits and if they catch them do not count the money well and you have to be taking out the money and putting it little by little, and many times I lose time because of the ATM . They should give them maintenance or do something because, like me, many people who have their own business do not like to walk with cash and unfortunately for me that is the branch that is close to me. I go every day after work to deposit and many times I waste my time for the same reason that explains why ATM should work in that service.

I have business accounts and they are always charging me new fees and making excuses. This branch never answers their phone. I've tried 25-30 times over the last 3 months and nobody has ever answered the phone...not once. When I have a problem there's nobody at the branch that can help....they have to call someone outside the branch and then simply repeat to me what they were told and it's always some lame excuse. I've been a client since the 90's and they act like they have no idea who I am. I will be moving my business away soon.

Poor customer service! They are always slow and seems they get angry if you have to make more than one transactions. If they don’t like to work with people they should find another kind of job!

Have an important business account with Wells Fargo in which I deal with alot of check deposits and wich wellsfargo makes it hard on me with withdrawing my money and clearing my checks which is an inconvenience when I went to this bank to talk about this issue about a check that wasn’t clear they sent me to the manager VIVIANA DALLOS she was so rude , not helpful, disrespectful closed the door in my face as I was still talking. Overall so disappointed with this bank and considering switching bank because this behavior is unacceptable.

I went in to take out cash the other day and I didn’t know what I need to give the lady and she was so rude she called me a Karen cause I didn’t know like I’m not even white really unprofessional rude never going inside the place again this place need to really fire that lady to lack of unprofessionalism poor service
