    I was depositing a check for my husband's business and the two tellers did not wanted to deposit on the business since I didn't had the account nor my name was on the business, so asked my husband the num. For he send the debit card number just for them to verify that i twas going to the business again the supervisor for the tellers denide to take the check I don't know if every customer has to have their account nu.ber but may is time to for well Fargo to get to know their customers better or be more helpful because they act like we are from different ant!!

    Three bankers stayed late on a Friday evening (after closing) to help my Hispanic friend open a bank account. They were professional, patient, and friendly through the process. Really appreciate their work!

    The bank associate asked for my sister’s name for verification which is totally unacceptable nor is it a security question, made me wait in the drive through for extra unnecessary verifications considering my daily visits to make deposits. The manager simply escalated the situation, the bank does not respect its personal members nor its business members. I highly suggest for the reader to take their money elsewhere unless you want it held hostage at a mafia-life bank.

    The banker Mr.Hawkes was extremely helpful, he took the time to sit with me and help me through my banking issues I was having. I did attempt to go to another bank but the bank on Rolkin Rd would not answer any of my qustions without appointment. I would recommended this bank on Seminole to everyone. There were also two other women their names i did not caught, were helpful as well. I really apperiate you all.

    Today I went to this branch asking for a 10 dollars quarter coin so the cashier told me that the can’t give that and I asked the manager to help me for that, cause I really need that quarter for my laundry but she can’t help me either . Wells Fargo really need manager and staff to help us . I hope that you guys really consider this to help your CUSTOMERS

    Love the team here at Wells Fargo Fashion Square. Some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. However they are consistently understaffed and I typically find myself waiting in excess of 20 minutes to speak with a teller. They've got to fix this. With all of the corporate oversight, I feel bad for the employees who are virtually powerless to do anything about excessive or incorrect charges to my account. As a small busoness owner, I'd highly recommend working with an established credit union for all of your financial needs.

    Should not take 26 minutes in drive up lane to make a deposit- AND then be told I needed a deposit slip (located inside- with no access!) and then have manager give attitude If you can’t service 3 lines—-don’t open 3 lanes. It is VERY frustrating to sit and watch people in other lanes finish while you wait behind ‘that guy’.

    The manager Trina needs to get some customer service training. The tellers were nice but I went in there 20 mins to closing and was in a rush to get a cashier's check and they proceeded to charge me $10 for it when it's always been waived since I've been with them since 99. The manager refused without a second glance to take the charge off. I called customer service and they are going to credit the fee. Thankfully the general customer service is alot more "service" oriented. If you get bad service, I'd recommend calling the customer service number.

    I completely agree with the other positive reviews. I'm a Wells customer from California who came to town without his checkbook. The folks at the branch, particularly the tellers and Mr. Alfatlah (Waleed to you) made me feel far more at home than I ever have in my CA branch and saw to my needs for wire transfer and cashier's checking in just a few minutes. I enjoyed banking there and will again.
