    Terrible service! It’s a holiday weekend. Banks will be closed on Monday. I needed to cash a check and the lady locked the door right as I was reaching for the handle before I could open it. I looked at my phone and it wasn’t even 12:01 and there were several people inside in line already. I talked to her through a crack in the door and asked nicely knowing it was a holiday weekend and banks are closed on Monday and she refused. I felt bad for the older couple that was behind me cause they needed to get in also and all the lady inside could do was shrug her shoulders. Every time I go cash a check they ask me if I want to open an account there. Never ever will I bank with Wells Fargo. If you’re reading this and thinking about whether to open an account or not with them I would keep looking for a different bank. I hope that employee has a wonderful holiday weekend.

    5/27/2022: After 12 years of banking with Wells Fargo, after adding my wife to the account and no criminal history, they sent me a letter that they will close my account due to "Business Decision to Close". I made multiple calls to different departments to try to rectify the situation, and unfortunately they did not help me at all and failed to give me a valid reason other than it was a "Business Decision to Close". I filed complaints through other departments, and they fail to find an immediate resolution to the situation. Because of this, I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth that they don't appreciate long term relationships and abandon you when it matters. As of now, I believe the case is open and I am waiting for their decision and will edit this review upon knowing resolution. On the other hand, they do have great customer support team and awesome mobile services.

    Always understaffed. Set an appointment with a banker at 2:30 and waited 30+ minutes and I still had 2 people in front of me. What’s the point of setting appointments in advance then? good service but always long lines and wait time. Do better.

    Worst customer service from Xavier Perez, bad attitude and no sense of respect and being rude to my questions. Was being childish from the greeting and wasn't friendly whatsoever. He needs to take a course on how to treat people and how to act PROFESSIONAL, I made a complaint with the Manager Yadira Jasso and will continue with corporate aswell.. WELLS FARGO NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT 🙄 ‼️

    They really go out of their way NOT to do their job. I couldn't even change a $50. Customer service could be better.

    I have been banking with the Donna branch for 14+ years. Having to give them your DL to deposit any amount of cash in your own account is ridiculous. The lines in the lobby are crazy and most of the time they are understaffed. They don't answer their phones and in general they really don't care one bit about the customer. Not surprising given their corporate culture of robbing the customer at every opportunity. Never forget the fines they paid and the regulatory problems they had for screwing the customer.

    Horrible customer service in the front lobby. I was forced to give a star to write a review. I see about 6 people behind the counter just standing while about 8 people are in line. I'm glade I don't bank with this horrible bank.

    The girl from the drive thru in the back is rude as can be. I came here July-6-2021 and I will never come back here. I will be switching to IBC or another bank as soon as possible. Horrible attitude.
