    Opened an account here to compliment my credit card. Walking in they were very attentive and helpful. Wait time was just a few minutes and all was easy. I've been with Wells Fargo for over 30 years with CC services. Due to the efficient, friendly and "over the top" courtesy from new accounts to the tellers I'd highly recommend coming in to use their services. 11/23/2021

    They are the worst bank to have any kind of banking with because they are so rude and very condescending. They don’t take the time to be friendly at all and they don’t try to understand why a certain person such as a child of the account members are there to assist. Never have I ever experienced such horrible guest service from any place not even fast food chambers, like I have had coming to this bank ever since my dad has opened his account here. Once they are rude and realize their mistake they wanna act all friendly and try to redeem themselves by offering a beverage. I pray that they get better attitudes and workers because they act like this is not what they choose to do.

    I have been with Wellsfargo for 20 years. This branch has the worst customer service. I need to make an appointment for a notary, no one answers the phone! I understand there are busy times, but really? I tried to call all day! And also tried to make the appointment via the website. I've been in touch with the 800 number and told this appointment must be made at the branch.

    I've been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years! The only problem I've had with them before was they accidentally double debited my account and bounced numerous checks until I figured out what happened. The problem was fixed and they refunded any fees that resulted from their mistake.... Recently my parents have been trying to add me to their bank account because as they get older, they are needing my help. I've tried 4 times at 2 different branches to make this happen and I've been given technicalities 4 times now. My power of attorney was outdated, even though it was notarized and signed 2 weeks ago. My mom's driver's license was expired, even thought she renewed it and it was on her birthday we were there, but was considered expired. They told her it was expired at midnight. They turned us down again because my dad didn't know his phone number or his address, even though he's lived with me for 8 years and was asking them to add me because he wants me to take over for him. I've already been paying his bills for him because the numbers confuse him, but understands and appreciates what I'm doing for him. They also told me to come back down and they'd fix it and then they realized my mom was the primary on the account and had passed 2 weeks earlier and until I got the death certificate, there was nothing they could do. I was on my way to pick up my moms ashes and death certificate, but they said they had no more appointments for the day because of new covid rules. I showed up anyway at 4pm with certificate and they still didn't want to help me. After my argument with them, they finally said they would scan the certificate for when I come back for the 6th time.. It's just sad that people take advantage of family and these rules need to exist. I appreciate their protection of elderly people but my dad was asking for this help from them. I understand the rules, but it's the customer service that really bothers me. They wouldn't even try to make it right without another appointment! They looked at their clock numerous times. Sad!

    I’ve been coming to this bank for years. Now my opinion has changed looking back at it. As an adult Let’s get the positives out first I like that it is in a good spot and it’s pretty easily accesible. From around town and the people here are super nice and caring about the people they serve. The only problem that I have with them is the business hours and the fact a lot of the time when money transfers can be slow. But I’m not sure if this is just at this particular bank or if it’s at all of them.

    Worst service, spent 17 minutes tell me that can’t open a account because the appointment wasn’t for today. Those 17 minutes could have spent to open the a account.

    Comerrcial drop box is always broken. Always falls shut. Never answer phones. Won’t give you service unless called in ahead. How with no one answering phone. Get it together.

    Stay away from this bank,they are the worst of the worst. The gum on the bottom of my shoes have more value than them and they think people are stupid when you walk in and ask them about their shady banking practices.
