Great credit union, but one star for not enforcing mask policy among customers. Sure the savings account has a great return rate, but on the other hand, poor mask compliance in businesses like this is why my uncle is dead.

This place is definitely on the decline. I've had an account here for many, many years and unfortunately this bank just isn't the same. The people that work here are often rude and lack competence. I will say that I've never had an issue with banking (checking/savings accts.) or any unreasonable fees, but customer service, friendliness, and the ability to accurately answer and address questions and/or concerns is paramount.

JSC FCU used to treat me extremely well. Now that they’re Wellby they treat their customers as numbers. Completely inhospitable and flat out rude to our community.

If anyone at JSC or Wellby whatever is able to see this review , please contact me I have spent this entire week since Monday on Hold w JSC for at least a total of 12 hours NO ANSWER I’Ve Sent 20 messages through my App NO RESPONSE UNBELIEVABLE 1000 miles away in NEED OF ASSISTANCE HORRIBLE SERVICE IVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND IVE NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY ………….. Obviously this new system is replacing people And isn’t working This is WRONG ON ALL LEVELS

As a result of our systems upgrade, we’ve had larger than usual call volumes over the last week which has resulted in longer hold times. Our volume and hold times are beginning to return to normal. I can also assure you we have not and will not be replacing people in the customer service roles you’re accustomed to with systems. Sooo disappointed with changes to online banking changes, supposed to be more secure, which is great, but after many complaints they "forced" the old bill pay into the new system. It works, but clunky and not at all as easy as it once was. Customer service not great these days either. I personally think they have opened too many branches and have not kept service a high priority. Seriously considering changing which I hate to do, I've been with jsc for over 30 years....but not seeing improvement over may months.

Currently on hold for over an hour! I was on hold yesterday for over 2 hours and no one ever answered. People should not have to be on hold this long. I handled this before on there old website, however the new website doesn't have this option. I'll be going to a different credit union to do business!

Sadly the express deposit program for JSC credit union is completely non functional. I follow all the instructions to endorse and add the "for deposit .." text and its the program still request that I endorse the check and add the text. It has never worked and they need to change the vendor that provides this. The Wells Fargo always works like a charm.

Been a member for 20+ years, it has really declined in the past 5 years, to the point I will be leaving. I realize the industry service has changed but I am treated much better at the major bank down the street... Update...now they will not except Gov't issued stimulus checks...the lobby can not open soon enough so I can close all my accounts & take my business elsewhere...
